This Papa John's might be the worst location I've ever experienced in the country. 3 out of 3 times in ordering from them in within a year and each time it was something different. From having my online orders cancelled repeatedly one night even though it was well before closing to now, last night, receiving ICE COLD pizza's almost THREE hours after I placing the order. Papa's support was useless, as usual, all they do is safeguard their stores by doing nothing and telling you what you want to hear. I tried contacting them after the app showed "preparing" for over an hour. I placed the order at 8PM, ETA was 52-62 min. I live 1.8 mi away from location, on a night like last night, no traffic hours, its 7 minutes easy to my house. I contacted support at 9:30 PM, now 30 mins late to check on status. I was told by agent "Order is being boxed now" I asked if I should expect fresh food, agent said "yes". 30 mins later, with no communication or update from the store or Customer Service and app still showing "preparing" , I opted to order for dinner somewhere else because I had no idea if I'd actually ever receive food, and when i did would be up to the expectations set by Papa John's. But, I needed to cancel the order. The app will not allow you. So I called the store and chose the option to speak about the already existing order which on the automated system designed to spit customers back out in the loop again...shocker. So I called again, this time choosing the option to speak with a manager. The phone rang endlessly for almost 5 mins, still no answer. Again, I've had similar experiences with THIS store before where I need to contact them to get some answers and the accountability and urgency just doesn't exist. So, with my hands tied, I had no option left but to let the order just show when ever, however, with zero recognition, acknowledgment or ANYTHING! The pizzas arrived at 10:38 PM, now 2 hours and 38 minutes after the order was placed...more THAT TWO HOURS after the papa tracker showed "baking" You won't be surprised to hear that the pizzas were not even remotely warm, all the cheese had solidified like they'd been sitting out for hours. You could see, and I have pictures, of the stuffed crust, the cheese in side is like a solid ring of mozzarella that just came out the fridge. We didn't eat them, we had received alternative food by then. They're in the fridge and personally Papa, you can come take em back or I'm tossing em. But this time, I will be getting a refund. This is beyond unacceptable. I'm honestly a bit disturbed at this location, the management and its ability to still be in operations. This is a disappointment, and what's worse is that it seems like no one wants to take accountability. Bottom line, stay away from this location and maybe even papas in general. As a whole, since they Kicked out Papa himself, the quality, especially in customer service has decreased dramatically. I don't care what they're giving out for free this time or what deal it is...it's...
Read moreI ordered about a week and a half ago and my pizza arrived to me very soggy because it looks like someone fell on the box and popped the sauce open and a huge chunk was taken out of the green chili but it didn’t seem smashed so I don’t know if something took a bite or it was just smashed with the rest of it but it didn’t look smashed. Also my delivery driver was stumbling up-and-down my walkway and I have the ring video to prove it as well as a video of the soggy disgusting pizza I was given. There was a few salvageable pieces but for the most part it wasn’t and it was extremely soggy and just disgusting. I called management and they pretty much said that that wouldn’t happen. So I filed a formal complaint and I was contacted by the general manager, Rachel, about that I can get 30% off of my next order. I replied via email stating I didn’t want to order from there again because I always have a problem so I’d like a refund, and even sent a video of the pizza it has a timestamp that showed it was within five minutes of delivery arrival. I wasn’t ever helped nobody got back to me via email. I finally called corporate and corporate said there’s nothing they can do and that they could contact the manager that already didn’t want to help me from this Papa John’s. I told the rep I spoke with her and that’s not working because I already have and they do not want to help. They said someone else would be contacting me back and they never did.
UPDATE I continued calling the store and was emailed back, and I got my refund thanks to Rachel who took care of the issue. So I really appreciate that she was willing to take care of it and she...
Read moreThese has to be the worst service I’ve received. I had used my points to get a pizza from this place. I placed an order at 5:44 I didn’t get my pizza. , they delivered to the wrong area. I called back telling the they were wrong at this point I haven’t received a pizza at this point it’s 9pm. I got my order they said they would give me a pizza on the house next time. No problem. A week later I order, they say “we don’t deliver to your area anymore because our driver got robbed” that has nothing to do with me. So I order the following day, I had to call another extension for my pizza, ok no problem. Told the guy pepperoni. He said ok, 30-40 mins. Yet again no issue. I received my order it was a cheese pizza. That’s not what I ordered. I called back told them what was rung up and what I got was not the same. They refuse to believe that they were incompetent. Still I haven’t touched the pizza. I just wanted my order that I called for. They service is so washed out. Idk if it’s the fact they hate themselves or the job but if you don’t like working there, get another job. Get yourself some education. I’ve worked for papa Johns once upon a time ago. Y’all down the street. If a customer said exchange the pizza out there’s no issue. Obviously he’s not trying to scam. Whoever was on the phone needs a reality check you make pizzas for a living humble yourself. I don’t recommend this place of business. I’m convinced there’s better people wanting his job let alone a better place...
