Burger King — Restaurant in Jersey Village

Date 7/23/21 aprox. 7:23pm Worst customer service ever! Do not go here if you want to be treated with respect. Very Rude. The guy working the drive thru wasn’t the worst but the girl working the front counter and getting the fries and orders ready was So rude. When I noticed the fries weren’t even warm I waved my hand to flag down the guy. He came back to the window and I asked if he could replace the fries. I handed each fry back to him and he closed the window. I watched as the rude girl ( the one with black hair that looked like it was short braids or locks) got the fries ready. She came to the window, handed me the bag and I said thank you..she didn’t even acknowledge me or say you’re welcome. Had this smug look on her face and was silent. Obviously she hates her job or maybe the fact that she has to work. The outside of the location looks great but the staff inside is horrible. There was only one girl with a ponytail with reddish orange colored hair that actually smiled as I drove off. I have recently been wanting breakfast at this Burger King location in copperfield on cherry park .. for those of you wanting to pick up breakfast and take back home for your kids to enjoy before school or for yourself on your way to work, we'll you can forget it ! this location doesn't believe in getting there early enough to open up on time.. at first I thought l was just a tardy thing the opening staff was dealing with one or two weeks last month BUT NO!!!! it's an everyday thing.. and we have waited as late as 6:20 for someone to come out and move the cone to take our order one thing for sure the staff will make it clear the coffee is not started until 6:30am so your not getting coffee.... you will be lucky if the hash browns are fully cooked ... l've tried calling to let the mgr. be aware but you guest it no one answer the phone... Food portions are smaller prices are crazy but yet they still manage to stay in business.. smh guess I'll keep going back to Mac Donald's or Duncan Donuts... ATLEAST I can get coffee at 6 am... no need in leaving my # bc I know you...

I ordered via the app. Went through drive thru, no one in front of me and without thinking I went to the window without stopping at the order kiosk. I figured, oh well I will just give them my order number from the app at the window. In the past when I ordered through the app, they would just tell me to pull forward anyway. No one at the window and I see someone in the distance look at me and go back to the kitchen. I figure, it's a mobile order and they are getting my order together. Time Went by, maybe 5 minutes, I look down at my phone and when I look back up there is someone at the register taking someone else's order and totally ignoring me. Finally another person comes behind the person at the register and opens the window to ask if I ordered at the drive thru kiosk. No, I have a mobile order. "Well you still need to let us know at the kiosk." Assuming she is the Manager. Good news, I need to cut down on the fast food, Whoppers are one of my favorite burgers. Not going back to Burger King.
