I come here all the time on my lunch break and I’ve never once had issues in the past. But today it took me over 15 minutes to get through the drive thru then when I ask for a side of sour cream she tells me I have to go all the way back around and wait in line again for a SIDE OF SOUR CREAM. She hadn’t run my card yet so there’s no reason for her to not have been able to just add it on real quick. Then forgets to hand me my drink, and when I ask for it she gives me attitude and tries to hand me the wrong drink. I’ve worked fast food and make it a point to be respectful when I’m being served because I know how it can be. But this girl gave me attitude for absolutely no reason and I won’t be returning if that’s how I’ll be treated again in the future. Also, nacho fries should be a permanent menu item! Sad to hear it’s gone again 😭 Edit: I also ordered a chicken quesadilla with extra cheese and there’s literally no chicken on it, no sauce, and less than the NORMAL amount of cheese. What is going on today?? Edit 2/20 went back and again took over 10 minutes to get through the drive thru. They weren’t busy, 2 vehicles in front of me, one behind. I pulled up to the speaker immediately after the pickup in front of me pulled up. Sat there for a solid 2 minutes with no greeting, not even being asked to wait a second. Just silence. I finally said “hello?” And she said “yes?” Then I ordered the same thing as last time but no drink. Watched them hand my bag to the guy in front of me and was a good minute before he gave it back. Then finally got his and left. Same girl at the window as the other day. No greeting, certainly not a smile. Told me my total and took another order before running my card, then handed me my bag and immediately slammed the window in my face without another word. I was already lacking on time because of sitting in line so long so I didn’t have time to go back and complain in person. There was actually chicken on my quesadilla this time, however despite me paying for extra cheese BOTH TIMES, I STILL didn’t get it or the sauce that’s supposed to come on it, and this time my cheese wasn’t even melted in the quesadilla or cheesy roll up, and the tortillas were STALE. I will certainly not be returning to give them a third chance.

Ordered online through the Taco Bell app, received a black bean chalupa instead of a beef chalupa in my value box. Instead of just being helpful and resolving the issue by switching the item out was told to contact the app since it’s not in their “system” and it’s a “third party”. Turning a very simple fix into a bad review and having to reach out to Taco Bell app about the issue. 0 problem solving, 0 customer service. Pretty annoying.

Not only do they not have drinks like at all, but they refuse to discount you. Miss part of your order. I had to come in to get the rest for it and the lobby was disgusting but even worse the food prep. Every kid in there had an attitude. Didn't know we lived in the ghetto like this. I thought the one on 529 was bad but this place is nasty. Hopefully we don't get sick. They would not help up front also. Horrible!!!!

Not only do they not have drinks like at all, but they refuse to discount you. Miss part of your order. I had to come in to get the rest for it and the lobby was disgusting but even worse the food prep. Every kid in there had an attitude. Didn't know we lived in the ghetto like this. I am DONE going to this specific Taco Bell, because for the 3rd week in a row, they couldn't get my order correct. I traditionally order 4 hard shell taco supremes (packaged in the cardboard holders/boats), 2 chicken chalupa supremes, and 1 Mexican pizza (7 items). Two weeks ago I specifically requested the tacos NOT be wrapped in your traditional wrap, because EVERY TIME they're individually wrapped, the tacos stick to the wrap, and when unwrapped, the tacos are ripped apart and destroyed. Despite my requesting them to be put into the cardboard holders THEN wrapped, my request was ignored. 4 tacos were ruined. Again.

Today I requested the above 7 total items. I blame myself for not counting the items in the bag as I drove off, but with customers behind me in the drive-thru, I didn't want to hold up the line. When I arrived home (I'm about 2 miles from the restaurant), one of the aforementioned chicken chalupas was missing. I was shortchanged an item. (FYI, this has happened twice before during the summer months, being shorted 1 taco supreme in 2 separate orders.) I immediately took a picture of the contents of my order w/ the missing chalupa supreme in the event they didn't believe me when I called.

I came through the drive thru last night I wanna say around 830 almost 9 pm and as I was ordering i saw a car sitting at the take 5 next door facing taco bells drive thru window where I'm sure the person in it could see all transactions being made.and to make the situation even more uncomfortable she was mean mugging.and the way the world is so crazy now days made me a little nervous to roll my window down or to even have the poor taco bell working open there window just based on her actions and not knowing what she was up. But I let the manager know that was on duty about the suspicious car and she informed me she would check it out and to not worry. But once I got my food which was right and fresh and was given to me at a decent time. My only complaint is the scary shady lady mean muggin parked watching the drive thru so close.i really feel like if they don't get that suspicious lady under control you guys will end up losing customers like me that avoid violence or take the risk of being shut down due to the violent acts that will happen if this scary lady happens to mean mug the wrong but right customer. Come on taco bell Corp or owners you guys need to be making sure your overnight employees...
