I'm a casual bingo player, new to the hobby. It's just something my mom and I go do, once a week (we're 30s and 50s). We only do paper cards. We DON'T do pull tabs or computers.
It was our first time going here and we won't be back. A few things that bothered us:
They constantly advertise pull tabs, IT IS NON-STOP. They will actually stop a bingo game in the middle to advertise pull tabs. it seemed they would play several pull tab games before getting back to the actual bingo games.
The callers mic is way TOO loud. We just go to Bingo to chill, maybe talk with people at the table and also talk among ourselves. It's so loud that unless you're leaning to somebody's ear they're not able to hear you. So we couldn't really socialize with people around our table. The caller will actually tell people to keep it down during a game.
They will also stop a bingo game in the middle to advertise some event they're holding on a different day.
With all the advertising and the non-stop interruptions during the game it just it wasn't our cup of tea.
Lastly, they do seem to stick to a 10 second call, casually playing more than one full sheet of paper cards would be hard.
The positives of this place is the large pots, interior was nice, clean, they had a decent snack and drink bar.
They music during intermission was cool.

Read moreI drove all the way from webster to attend black Friday event. I had my black friday draw tickets that was passed out the previous day I attended. Due to traffic on beltway 8 I was 10min late only to be denied to enter the door because they said over capacity & I should of arrived on time. What kind of customer service do they have. As I walked back to my vehicle I stayed for another 10min just to watch an elderly couple be allowed to enter. Also 2 ladies were allowed to enter after me. I've been to other bingo halls n this location is the ONLY location that denied me to enter because I was 10min late & over capacity. I was so disappointed driving 50min to the Jones rd location just to be turned around at the door. The over turned vehicle causing traffic was not my fault & the location being over capacity is not my fault either. Customer service at its worst! If you wanna do family event there I wouldn't go there, after they sold out all computers they will only sale you paper card with only 3 cards on it for the same price of 12 cards if you would to be early. Only 3 cards? Come on should be some sort of discount. This location needs more computers and more paper cards with 12 cards not just 3. I rate it a 4 just because their concession stand has good food & wide variety. Other than the food I wouldn't...
Read moreI've played bingo at several bingo halls around town, this is my first time here tonight and it is okay as far as game play, definitely not my favorite. The bingo hall itself is nice and pretty and put together, clean bathrooms. The food is okay here. It is very loud in here, voices carry easily in here so they are always telling people to quiet down which I do not mind at all. They even threaten to send their security over to your table if you can't be quiet.
They call the numbers waay too fast in my opinion. Even on the regular games! I had a whole group of newbies with me so it was hard for them to try and keep up, even myself a seasoned pro while trying to explain stuff to them.
Staff here is pretty good. They do a nice job explaining too. This bingo hall's prices are a little high compared to others places I have been, but their payouts are also a lot larger. Their coverall paper sheets are the either/or paper which I havent seen before, but I think I like those better.
I guess the one thing that annoys me the most about this place is how loud it is in here and how everything echo's and that there is no sound absorption devices in here. There is only a small section of carpet that helps absorb, but it doesn't...
