Delgado Jewelry — Attraction in Joliet

My mother in law would not give a star at this location. She brought in a ring, something sentimental and trusted on the man that was going to work on her jewelry to fix it how she explained to him that needed to fix. It was an error on our part for not taking a picture before leaving it but my mother in law remembers clearly how it looked when she dropped it off. Today she went back to pick it up and noticed that the man did the OPPOSITE OF WHAT SHE ASKED. You can see that he reduced the ring size, you can tell it was welded. He also scratched out the size of the ring so it won’t be noticeable. My mother in law is SUPER UPSET. the man offered to buy it off from her and we had a feeling that was his intention from the beginning when he saw my sister in law ring as well (she dropped it off few days ago and picked up today) We will never come back here. For those thinking of coming here, please think TWICE and take a before picture and always ask for a receipt. This is the second time I have gone at opening time (10am) on a Saturday and they are not there.. it was 2 separate occasions one time I was picking up jewelry the second I had to leave it behind because there were scratches on the back of the pendant and had to leave it so I came back on Saturday again and there was nobody there.
