This was one of the most rudest experiences I've had I called in a order for catfish steaks I ask the cashier where the stakes thick or thin the cashier said they were thick so I said okay in that case can you fry them a little harder then usual she said okay I get my food I look at my food and they are extremely hard so I attempt to break into a piece of fish and the fish was like hard rubber because they had overcooked it so I tried to get them to recook them for me and they flat out refused and refunded me my money and so I asked the cook why is he upset he said because he already wasted money and that I should never ask for my fish fry harder and I explained to him that I asked where they thick or thin for a reason and he said that the cashier doesn't know if they're thick or thin and in the future don't ask for them to be cooked hard and I won't have problems I have never had an issue with asking for the food to be cooked harder it was not edible at all and he was a very rude individual...

Called a order they tell me fifteen minutes I get in fifteen minutes cashier ask my name at that time I'm noticing my order sitting on the counter so I ask cashier is my order ready she said yes she ask another customer what would they like to order after the other customer order I ask can I get my order then the cashier said can you wait a minute have people ordering on the waiting patiently looking at my food sitting there for about 8 to 9 minutes if my daughter wasn't hungry I would have left that order a 15 minute carryout turn out to be 35 minute carryout order at 6:10 pm walking out with my order at 6:45pm looks at the receipt it says 6:28 okay if you took my money at how come my order sit there all that time not covered up poor service probably won't spend my money there again Joliet,illinois Jackson...

I ordered through doordash, wanting to try somewhere I've never tried before and I was NOT disappointed. The catfish was beautifully flaky. It, as well as the shrimp and fried okra had a wonderful crispy breading that lasted the drive without becoming mushy. I originally ordered the banana pudding, and unfortunately they were out. They called and asked if the Taffy Apple Grapes would be OK for a substitute, which it was. If I could order 5lbs of those grapes, I definitely would!
