I was excited to visit and check out their different products. I had a good idea of what I wanted before I went in. Iâm well off financially, so money isnât an issue for me, however a company that scams their customers and has no product knowledge before selling needs to be called out. This place is nothing but a huge scam. I have been in sales and customer service for years, and I would never let my worst enemy walk out of a business feeling the way I felt. I picked out two tinctures upon arrival and was asked and I quote âwhat is the difference?â Well, one was 100 MG and the other one was 25 MG so I consider it a huge difference. Product knowledge is SO important.
Next, they told me that they couldnât do a full oz, so I asked for a 1/2 and a 7, so then instead of doing that, they gave me a lesser tier bud in 3.5 increments while telling me âYeah, we got you!â Not even giving me the same bud that I asked for. I clearly did not want a âtier 3â based off the other high quality products I was buying. For anyone wanting know what tier 3 means, it means âmid.â The employee specifically told me theyâd give me ONE package. I was very clear with her that I was there for the discount.
I didnât know until I was out of the store, because they do not open the bag in front of you. She did confirm they gave me the discount but never told me about the 3.5 packages. You can imagine my surprise when I checked the receipt and the bag and noticed that not only did I get the lesser tier bud, and less of it, but I was basically charged 150.00 more because they gave me individual packages of lower tier bud.. almost a full oz of 3.5 packages plus tax for every single one.
I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, and I called to have them resolve the situation and explained how I came in for an oz but left with individual eighths, being charged tax for each one.. I explained the overcharges. I know there arenât returns, but some understanding would have been appreciated.
The manager called back, in very much a âWhat do you want?â tone & she was outright rude, basically explained that they overcharged me because they didnât have those increments and they had the right to do so, when I asked her, âwhy didnât she just tell me about the price difference?â She said they didnât have to tell me anything about the products Iâm buying.. this is news to me
This is where it becomes fraud. The employee DID absolutely have to let me know that they did not have halves, and she absolutely did have to let me know that she was going to be putting 3.5 packages into my bag. It is her responsibility to tell me. She not only overcharged me, but she oversold me on purpose.. The manager was so incredibly rude and it got nowhere, to the point of me even mentioning disputing the overcharged amount with my bank after this because I just couldnât believe her tone was so condescending especially with clear proof I had been overcharged.. and I told her with the overcharged amount I could easily dispute half of the 450.00 I spent and she threatened police against me and told me to bring the âmarijuana back immediatelyâ in a very threatening tone. It was definitely giving FEDERAL AGENT. You could hear the prior or relation to law enforcement in her voice. If she had any idea on how running a business worked, she would understand that I have every right to file a dispute because I was overcharged and had knowledge and proof to be able to back that up. Clearly, her emotions overruled her business skills. Unless you like your local dispensary to be threatening police against their unhappy customers, not having any product knowledge whatsoever, their own âbudtendersâ ripping you off to try to save the good marijuana for themselves, Iâd try elsewhere. I thought they wouldnât want an unhappy customer considering this location has only been open for a few weeks but I have never left a dispensary unhappy until today.    Read moreEdit: Flora farms called me today and made everything right with me. They do value their customers and they proved that today just so everyone knows. They didnt have to do it, they chose to do it and that goes along ways with me.
First 2 times in store, i had such a great experience that i decided to drive 20 miles there instead of using my local diaspensary 2 miles from my house. Told the budtender exactly what i needed and even double checked as he handed me the package to make sure it was what i specifically ask for. Asked a 3rd time cause it didnt feel right and he assured me it was what i wanted. Knowing better, i trusted him anyways and drove away. Opened the package and it was not what i asked 3 or 4 times very clearly for. Went back thinking they wpuld make it right. They told me they cant help me because it had been opened. I was gone from store 30 secs at most. After the first 2 expereinces, i was willing to make this place my go to, even though its a lil bit of a drive. After yeasterday, im just sitting here with a product i dont want and tried multiple times to be clear about as to what i wanted smh. Everything is pre packaged so how else would i know if he got it wrong until i opened it?
