It was very very poorly.. We had a lady named Michelle that has been there since 2004 and my boyfriend was wanting on me to get there and once I showed up she just immediately asked what we wanted to eat didn't even give me a chance to look at the menu or ask me for a drink plus they also didn't have everything for a salad so instead of letting us know that they just sent us something that was crappy. She could have asked us if we still wanted it or if we wanted something different plus she never came by our table to just check on us or ask how everything is or if we needed anything it was just nothing at all plus she didnt even ask my boyfriend if you wanted a refill on his lemonade so instead she just filled up my soda even though he was drinking it too and she also saw him drinking my drinking it. To me that's just rude. I also work with customer service and u have to treat people with respect and being nice and she was none of that. If u don't like your job then u should find a better job cause in the field of work she's in she needs to treat people better then what she did to us. She was lucky we left her what tip we gave her cause she didn't not deserve it. I love Waffle's House food but I don't like it if I don't get treated right. The workers there need to learn how to check of there tables properly and nicely. I'm sorry to leave a bad review but its not right to treat people the way she did us. Music way too loud for 10am Sunday. Staff was loud and kept hollering "Hello" everytime the door opened. If it was one person it wouldn't be bad, but 7 people all hollering is a bit much for such a small restaurant. Waitress forgot an item and never mentioned it until she was totaling our check. 5 of the seven people all came by our table to ask if everything was alright after we had nearly finished our meal. Between the shouting and interruptions I felt like it was 3 am and we had just left a club somewhere. When paying, I had to climb onto the bar and brush up against people to hand my check and Visa card to the cashier. She was a big girl and refused to step to the left or right of the register so she could meet me half way. You don't expect to be shouted at like in a CiCi's pizza place when visiting Waffle House. If my waitress would spend less time playing touchy feely with staff and singing every tune played maybe we could have gotten everything we ordered. Will try a different location before returning...
Read moreTbh I really don’t appreciate being push out of the store when I haven’t even finished my coffee or even paid yet. I went in Monday to have breakfast with an old friend. And one of my previous old coworkers works here apparently. But I remained professional and did not talk to her. Because she has issues with me. She then called her boyfriend (my old agm where we both worked) sit in the parking lot until me and my friends left. The minor with me felt unsafe because of both of them. Considering what happened at Jersey Mike’s. This location was NOT professional at all when it came to customer service. Because no one else got pushed out like our table did. This is my favorite place to go. And I go once a week. And have never caused any problems. Tbh I’d like to talk to the manager that was working that morning, cause that was super unprofessional and I’m about to go to corporate about this.
