Range line, Joplin MO store. Morning coffee, every morning at 7 Brew used to be one of my favorites. Several times now I've been skipped in line, even waved my arms and shouted out "hey" and was ignored. No one even addressed me or explained they had to take the orders in a certain way or that they had no way to tell who came in first. I know that's not true because I've watched order takers move back and forth and ask a car if they had their order taken, I am there every day. Today 4 peoples orders were taken while I went all the way through the line and went to place my order at the counter. I advised I hadn't said anything before, but I felt that the way they were taking orders was not a very efficient way, when it frustrated the people in line feeling like they were being skipped. Brunette in white coat who was working the outer lane says, "How do you think we feel working in 13-degree weather having to listen to people complain?" The girl at my windows was trying to explain how it works, and I let her I just wasn't pleased with the process. I was in no way unprofessional but the brunette in the white coat was out of line. I advised if she did not like working in 13-degree weather, maybe she shouldn't work there. Not the attitude I need first thing in the morning before going to work in the medical field. I won't return to this location. Not that anyone there cares but I will drive 8 miles out of my way and go to the one in Webb City. I get coffee at 7 Brew every morning, but apparently my business does not matter. The girl who took my order maintained her composure despite me being obviously upset, and then worsened by the inflammatory remarks from the other employee. I wanted to voice my concerns about the process and how it makes me, and likely others feel about the order taking process. Sometimes it's about being heard. Now the brunette in the white coat has started my day out with stress and anxiety instead of my normal Zen...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst time ever here on Tuesday. First for my wife also. My daughter, who lives in Joplin and a student at MSSU, this is a favorite place for her. So, it was her dime this August 3rd.
Roughly 12:30ish and this place looked like Chick-Fil A's drive through at lunch. And like the aforementioned, "7 Brew Coffee" has adopted Chick-Fil A's drive through method. Perhaps "7 Brew Coffee" has tweaked it for them. None-the-less, it's a genius move to have and extremely efficient and effective to get customers quality friendly service and have them move on. I had the Mango Smoothie, my wife had the Triple 7, my daughter, had the Snickers which is her personal favorite. The smoothie was rock solid fantastic. I look forward to try the Strawberry. My wife says the Triple 7 was phenomenal! My daughter got what is her usual Snickers and she loves it. With tip about $21. Starbucks across the street, literally, hardly had anyone there. Now I'm not a big coffee drinker and I know Starbucks is a social thing to be cool to carry around a cup from there. Outrageous prices and adequate customer service keeps me from patronizing. Even less customer service at other locations (Springfield MO) along with the outrageous prices.
"7 Brew Coffee" is the real deal. According to my daughter, better prices than Starbucks and friendlier service at "7 Brew Coffee." And lastly a tastier product.
Bottom line, I'll/we will be back. My daughter's dime or not, š Thank you "7 Brew Coffee" for excellent product and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have a serious coffee addiction so Iāve tried every place in town, different kids of coffeeās, etc but 7 Brew is BY FFAARRRR my absolute favorite! Iām picky when I find a coffee I like I stick to it and the employees there for the most part know when I pull in what to get for me. Partially because Iām there every day, and partially because I get mine a way they donāt make it anymore but that I love! (Large blended Snickers, made the old way aka without Dark Chocolate) They have such a nice group of people working there. If I could change 1 thing however it would be that they made it bigger. Bigger space for them to make the coffees, bigger parking lot,...
