I’ve been into this GameStop many times - to buy consoles, buy games, sell trade-ins, and just for information. For the most part, everyone has been fairly helpful and friendly. This past time I went in to trade a PS4 in for cash, and this time they weren’t so friendly. I talked with an employee whom I’ve dealt with many times, I’m assuming he’s the Senior GA there, because I see him the most. For the earlier part he was friendly, but then he started getting snappy with me, making remarks because I didn’t have the latest update on the console, telling me he’s going to charge me because the USB charging cord I brought in didn’t work. Read more0 stars. Terrible company, as a gamer I will NEVER do business with this company again they are one of the worst customer service companies I have ever dealt with. I went into a store and they didn't have cyber punk 2077 and I was told to purchase it online by the employee. So go home and do that. Today was the copy was suppose to be delivered. After 5 business day my order is still in process and hasn't shipped. So I called customer service and after 2 hours and 45 minutes on hold I demanded a refund so I may go into the same store and purchase this in person and they refused even though it hasn't shipped. After years of paying for premium membership I will never buy anything from them again. Terrible, Awful company that deserves to go out...

Edit...Gary hung up on my guy twice when my guy was telling him that their records were wrong in saying he bought a blue camo controller, WE bought the crystal clear one. I've still got the box and obviously the controller. The assistant store manager answered on the third call back to this location Keith, he was customer service polite, however told my guy that he could hear him over the phone while he had been talking to Gary, as if insinuating my guy was yelling.
