It’s not often I am motivated to write a scathing review—perhaps this time around it was the smile on the face of the gals working the window accompanied by her snide tone of voice when I said my drink was the wrong size (I specifically asked for the LARGEST available—and that I couldn’t remember if it was a 20 or 24 ounce). When I was handed a grande, I said it is supposed to be bigger—(I’ve ordered my drink at this location hundreds of times—literally). And she responds smugly, “No. it’s listed as a grande on the label. It’s the right size.”

Ok—I spent 22 years in food and beverage. 10 of those were managing coffee shops in Seattle. The customer is ALWAYS right. Additionally, I make more than enough money to pay for the biggest option which is why I ordered the biggest option…I am not paying for a grande and then trying to scam you out of a larger size.

Second of all, 90% of communication is non verbal—tone of voice matters—and IDGAF how you are feeling, you are in a position where customer service matters (I’m in sales, myself.) and that is not acceptable.

Third of all, I also asked for 5 stevias—which weren’t in there event though it was on the screen when I ordered

I will say at least this time I wasn’t corrected when I ordered a breve—why? Because I said latte breve even though that is NOT what they actually are. There is a DISTINCT difference between a latte and a breve—what is that difference? Latte=milk (skim all the way to whole) and breve = half and half (or a type of cream). Google it if you don’t believe me—and I know I sound extra and bougie on this review—I just spent $16 on two beverages (the dragon fruit is very much lacking in the refresher too)….I went inside to see SEVEN employees—two of which were seemingly wandering aimlessly….I digress.

The quality of training needs serious...

I’m not usually one to go out of my way to write reviews, however, I feel the need to share this. We went through the drive-thru today around 12 PM. We ordered two drinks, a brown sugar shaken espresso & a frappechino for my kiddo. We got to the window & the man gave us our drinks, but two women working behind him said they gave us the wrong drink. My boyfriend handed it back to him but the women said we would need to keep it since we already touched it (hadn’t drank out of it yet). I’m assuming the man working was new, so he handed us the drink back & said they’d make the correct one, but we could keep the one he already handed us for free. My boyfriend tried to tell him it was fine & we could just keep the one they gave us since it was similar to what I had ordered. We figured this would relieve some trouble for them, but they said it was no trouble & made the other drink. So we got that drink for free.

We left with two coffees & a frappechino. The first drink was fine, but I wanted to drink my original order so I tried it. I immediately tasted something that was not right, & quickly realized I was tasting lipgloss. There was clear lipgloss on the mouthpiece of the lid that tasted like watermelon. I was appalled! I don’t know if one of the workers intentionally drank the coffee & handed it to us out of spite or if this was somehow an accident, but I still don’t understand why. The issue was not our fault, we did not complain or cause any problems, if anything, we tried to make it easier for them by not making the second drink! I’m upset, grossed out, & hoping I don’t get sick or contract something bad. Absolutely unprofessional...

The forgotten drinks for delivery include some. Ohh that customer washed my head with lala lala. I believe a bit more cozy interior will be much better better! All these people wanna be nice to them. Stop 😁 🛑 are u nice yourself to others, or like meme game about me game 🎯? Try to make this world a better place. Like a wisdom stoicism: I can't change what I cannot change, I cannot control what I cannot control?! FUNNY 🤣. BACK TO The SUBJECT...Such cold feeling ❄️🥶 inside as atmosphere and guys smoke in the restroom ooh that day I missed the check ✅ of the drinks included cause like smoking 🚬 room it felt . Like they should include salads in the menu, they probably will have more customers. Cause coffee ☕ makes you want to eat. If, you don't eat your stomach will be there killing you Cause a lot of coffee ☕ ❤️ makes you 😷 🤢 you must eat Surely not genius ideas 🤔💡 could come into your head. Not good much coffees nine 🕤🕘. At the same time coffee kills stress. If you have a grief or disaster situation, drink a strong and hot cup of coffee ☕ ❤️ with nice cream EAT ICE CREAM PERHAPS TOO🍨 🍦 and add sugar DONT FORGET in the room by yourself, reflect then react.
