this is the 6th time I've went to this location around noon and they was already out of veggies. I normally just order without it and I just take that they are making more because it is lunch time but this time I asked why and they said they make veggies 1 time in the morning and when they are out they are out ans don't make anymore. he said that I would have to come earlier because they are out everyday before noon and on top of that the portion sizes are half of what they used to be
8/25/24 Update been over a month and have been in 3 more time and no veggies and staff is rude. One time the was cooking veggies and I said I would wait for the veggies to be done and they said they are for a catering order and I could not javelin any so they do have veggies but not willing to make them the said you have to come in within 1hr of the store opening to get some they make 1 batch in the morning and won't make more. Also submitted a review to the website with the link they give but it is pointless

Read moreUPDATE3/23/24: I decided to give it another try. My Mother in Law went in ten days ago near dinner time and they ran out of chicken.
So I decided to give it a try today, but once again only three people working up front, meaning one person cooking, one person working the entire line from start to finish. A check out person who was more concerned with wiping his nose on his shirt, and another person doing singular TO GO orders with a long line inside.
Chipotle needs to find a new franchisee to run this location. I complained months ago, and someone from CORP reached out and said owner would get back with me. Not a PEEP! UHG!!!
OLD REVIEW: I will never go back to this Chipotle in Joplin! The manager is an unprofessional leader and rude. He grossly overcharged my order for a double meat portion and was a jerk about it. Worse yet the Brown Rice was hard and not cooked. I have been going to Chipotle for two decades, but I never returned to this location since the encounter and it sucks because it's the only one in the area. Read moreUnfortunately, they are going the wrong way! We arrived, and there were 4 people in front of us and one kid working behind the counter. Another female came out from the back, looked at her phone, and proceeded to into the lobby area and do nothing. By the time we got to the counter, there were three workers. One doing app/call in orders, and two are working the line. Now there are about 15 people in line behind us and still, just these two working. We got to checking out and she said it was going to be $65. I thought that was a bit high and said something, but it was quite busy, and I moved on. Getting our drinks we realize there's no Ice. No sign saying no ice. The staff didn't tell us they were out of ice when ording drinks. That would have been nice to know. We sat down and started eating, and I looked at the receipt again. I noticed they charged me for and extra bowl with double meat. Went up to fix that and the manager and 2 more people come out from the back. the lobby was filthy, they had two people working the line with the line getting close to being backed up to the entrance, and there are 4 people in the back that should have been upfront helping customers or cleaning the dinning room.
