Subway — Restaurant in Joplin

We arrived at this particular Subway at 9:08 p.m. waited at the speaker in drive-thru and no one ever offered to take our order after 5 minutes of waiting we pulled forward to the window and asked if we could place our order and we were yelled at belligerently buy some character named McKenna of which I plan to report to management. She was rude hateful and screaming at us refusing to take our order told us to drive-through and wait at the speaker and place the order, once again of which we had already done and waited and no one would take our order at the speaker that's why we pulled forward to the window!! This McKenna character was unbelievably rude and hateful hateful,with an immature attitude. You may want to keep in mind that customers are what make a business and you may find it useful to treat them with kindness. We will never go back to this Subway location ever again and plan to report this incident to corporate. Hopefully the employees at this location will learn how to properly do their job and treat customers with the respect and appreciation that they deserve and hopefully they will be re-educated on how to perform their job correctly. This is ridiculous. I have to ask for my sandwich to be made the way it comes? Ordered a supreme meats sub and they literally just put meat and cheese on it. I called them back and they’re like you didn’t ask for any veggies, I said that the menu specifically says it comes with all the dressings. So I didn’t want to get extra. Lady proceeds to tell me that I can ask for the sandwich the way it comes. So they made me pay $10.99 for a sandwich that has meat and cheese because when they asked me if I wanted veggies I said no becauseI thought they meant eXtra veggies. Absolutely ridiculous. Id get more out of the meatball sub than what I paid for today. they said I can come back and they can remake the sandwich, but I gotta bring the one they made back. I showed up after a 10 hr day to get dinner because I knew this location was open until 10pm and the drive thru makes it convenient... I pulled up to the order screen and waited about 5 minutes... I called the location, no one answered. So I drove around to the window thinking maybe I was wrong. All windows say they close at 10pm. I drove back to the window where I could see the girls working doing dishes. No meat or veggies were covered yet and it was 9:45pm. I honked. They ignored it. I called the store again at which point one of the girls looked over and seen me sitting in the window. Still nothing was said to me. I snapped a couple pics and still got no response. This location used to be good, but not anymore. It seems the last few times I have been in this location, no one is happy about their job or polite to customers. Maybe better...
