I ordered a triple shot espresso just because I could!?
And no, I didnāt finish the triple shot so apparently I ordered it because a triple shot is listed on the menu.
A lot of coffee shops donāt even list espresso as a standalone option.
I really like that they offer it. I donāt know, but I feel like it says, weāre in business for coffee, come and have a triple shot. š
The coffee taste? Deep dark chocolate notes with a little of what some call fruit and spice. But not spicy and not fruity. What Iām getting at here, it might be a dark roast, but it doesnāt feel like itās over-roasted (like some chains). Not a French roast.
I like coffee shops that are trying to accomplish something with their place and their coffee. Not just be trendy for the sake of being trendy. I donāt feel like thatās the case here even if it has a strange name like Crazy Llama.
The store is super new. It looks clean and there is a lot of natural light inside the dark and cosy interior. We went around 11am on a Saturday and it was busy, but theyāre putting product/drinks out there faster than other places. There was a girl at the espresso machine pulling shots fast.
I didnāt go into the bathroom, but this is the kind of place that looks like the bathroom would not be disappointing. Yay for us.
Iāll definitely be back.

At the very least you need to be doing camera audits, those team members are not upholding your brand standards, they're not creating a customer experience, infact they're rude and indifferent. They don't hand you what you ordered, it's almost what you ordered, but not quite. This is a nice place with a ton of potential but you've got culture cancer right now and I promise you, as a leader of a different brand in Springfield, that store will never succeed until you address it. I'm offended and will not return, but you would do well to have store/above store leadership in there training and leading the customer experience from now on. To be fair this is my 3rd time in, it wasn't a one off, it's this way every single time. Low quality, low value, no need to return when you can throw a stone and hit a coffee shop...

It was straight up white, and the Mocha sauce was visibly in globs when I tried to stir it. Tasted like milk and sugar. Wouldāve asked for a new one, but I was in a hurry and didnāt realize stirring wouldnāt fix the issue until it was too late. On top of this, the breakfast burrito looked like something youād find expired out of the Walmart freezer section (although, to be honest, Iāve gotten much better freezer food from Great Value).
