Disappointed in the way the owners handled their customer service. I purposely went to a local owner rather than going to a buckle chain to buy a couple pair of jeans that still ran $200 for the 2 pair. When an issue occurs with one of the jeans I took it to the store assuming they would do the right thing and fix the issue or exchange the jeans I stead the owner belittled my issue with the jeans and told me to super glue the button. Seriously! I have always advocated for this store because shopping local businesses is something I truly believe is important but clearly these owners were not trained in good quality good customer service or good morals I will not only never be back but will make sure my many friendd family and co-workers will not either. Now what would have cost them next to nothing to make right will be costing them...

I was so excited to go into this store for the first time. I was dressed relaxed in some jeans and boots along with my fiancé. I was going to look for a new pair of jeans and have followed them on Facebook for a while now. As we were looking through some shirts we were informed by the owner that sharps is down the road since we were looking for “country” clothing. He informed us that he was more “buckle” brand. We informed him that we also wear buckle clothes and we left. He was very rude and I was so offended that we didn’t appear to be his “style” of clothes in the store. My wife and I first started shopping here almost 3 years ago and well I will put it like this when I send my laundry out my bill is normally around $250+ so I buy a lot of clothes and I was shocked when I recently realized that Tony the owner was able to tell me what I did and did not have already... Need I say more... We love u tony and your amazing selection great quality and friendship nobody could ever put a price on. Thank u for being a great place...
