We heard about Take a Stand from a vegan friend and were excited to give it a try. The decor and setup was very cute and charming. The smoothies exceeded our expectations by a long shot! We are still talking about them HOURS later... Unfortunately our experience was soured by the young woman behind the counter. We were not greeted, she silently stood there while we were obviously unsure on what to choose, she offered zero suggestions, and ultimately seemed more concerned with a gentleman who had been at the counter when we arrived(he hadn’t ordered anything and was still there when we left). The smoothies here are delicious and on top of that, everything is made in house! The atmosphere is so peaceful and lovely–we found one of our new spots for sure❤️
