Juno Nail Bar — Attraction in Juno Beach

Edit: I'm going to say this is a solid 2 because I don't care for when businesses reply and try to paint consumers as the issue. Asking someone to have their nails clipped does not give a tech the license to clip too far. My nails had been drying for longer than five minutes and there would not have been a problem if the tech wasn't instructed to repaint my nail the first time when I couldn't identify an issue.

consider this a 2.5. The salon was bright and I had no wait time, which was nice.

Was visiting from out of town and needed a quick pedicure. Tried this place based on reviews without looking at photos (which was my mistake).

My technician was kind and fixed my nail polish twice (once because he was told to, and again because of smudging while trying to get my shoe on), the polish coats look amateurish at best. I can see the difference in coat layers and polish around the toenails weren't properly cleaned up. (And it smudged because the coats were way too thick, which could be the fault of the polish, which looked like it had been sitting unused for quite some time; again, my mistake.)

Also, my cuticle was nipped and my toenail was cut too low (didn't realize until later when showering). I don't like to fuss and talking about it wouldn't have changed anything, so maybe if you're not local to this shop and don't have a technician whose work you already know, proceed...

Terrible experience and very disrespectful staff. I think that when the staff of a place takes advantage that you can't speak their native Asian language to make fun of you on such an obvious and offensive way that is so notorious that even when you don't speak their language you can tell you are being bullied and disrespected is a very low thing to do, specially when customers are the ones that keep these places running and operating. What happened is that the color that I selected that was supposed to be the closest/matching set for nails and toes was completely mislabeled by the saloon and the colors were completely different like water and oil. I found out even before my nail tech started working on my nails and told him if he could find me the book with the colors to find something similar to what he already applied on my pedicure. He didn't care at all if the colors were completely different and that I was not happy with it and he got upset because he had to find a different color. He complained and made fun of me the whole time and Nancy that was seating next to him couldn't stop laughing about me neither while talking to him. As a result he did a really horrible and very poor job on my nails and honestly, I would have preferred throwing the money to the trash than giving it to this toxic and...

The place is clean and everything looks great. Our technicians were both late by 20 minutes to arrive for our appointments. I do understand things happens so luckily we didn’t have any other appointments we needed to get to. Opted for the Foot massage pedicure -includes a Classic Pedicure and 20 minutes of hot stone massage or reflexology foot massage. We never received the hot stone massage just a regular cream leg massage and the reflexology lasted maybe 5 minutes. So neither of us were impressed. I must have banged my toe on the chair and didn’t see I had scraped the paint off my toe. So much for the pedicure. My basic manicure was okay. My partner had a manicure but was charged $5 extra because the technician said “buff nail” not realizing it was an extra charge. We were not offered water or coffee even though they have sign that...
