UPDATE: During one of my most recent visits, I had an issue with authenticating the disposable nic salt vape I bought - one of the Puff Flows. The young Latino man at the counter was extremely kind and understanding, and after trying 2 of the vapes which had wrong codes, he refunded my money.
Unfortunately that wasn't the end of it, as I never received the refund via my Amex card. I contacted the store and spoke to Caesar, the manger. Caesar couldn't have been more amicable helpful, and understanding of my situation. It became complicated as he had to eventually call the Amex Merchant line, but he did so immediately and finally figured it was easier to refund me in cash. When I came in for the refund, he apologized for the inconvenience several times, as well as have me the bag of chips I was going to purchase for all of his time and effort, for free.
Simply because of Caesar's extremely professional and customer-oriented actions, I would recommend Global Mart to anyone looking for a quick snack, some beer, or a vape.
I've been here once. It was a good experience - I learned a good deal about the different types of CBD they offer, as well as how to roll a CBD joint for the first time.
I just called in several minutes ago, and simply wanted to know the pricing for their products. They stated that they were "not allowed to give prices over the phone, sorry bye". I then asked again, and more specifically asked why they couldn't do so, as I go to other vape shops that have no problem doing so. He stated it was the company policy.
In other words, you are forced to make a drive there to see what they have, in hopes you will make a purchase when you are there.
For the owner - I highly suggest you change this aspect to your business, as although it may bring some customers in, many others such as myself - which could have been repeat customers - will see it as a sleazy way of operating a business, and will most likely not be buying from you anytime in the near future.
