The manager will not allow normal conversation. She interrupts before you can even finish a thought or sentence. Extremely rude. I asked if I could buy a shirt that had no price on it for $10 dollars. She said she needed to "research" it. She took the shirt, sat down at her pc and pulled up the designer's website. Then told me it was a high end brand and that, "I would not like the price." At that point I decided I didn't want to give that store a wooden nickle and I left all my items with her and her thousands of other men's garments that won't sell because she prices them way to high. Hello. These are donated used garments. I tried to explain that thrifters are not used to, nor willing to pay close to and over $20 per item. And those that can and will pay her prices don't shop at thrift stores. But she won't let you finish a sentence. Rude. Obnoxious, greedy manager who ruins what could be a great store. She even offered to discount clothes if I bought in bulk. But then said, "You can't cherry-pick. You'll take all the good stuff." How stupid is that? She will discount. But only stuff I don't want. She has no knowledge of clothing and her prices show that fact. This store needs a new manager who understands thrift stores, and how to treat people. I have never been treated so poorly at any retail store, ever. Don't bother with this store. There's plenty of other thrifts who treat you right and want you to get a great deal, maybe even find a treasure! Which is the whole point of thrifting. Here, she wants to do her misguided "research" and wring every penny she can out of each item. And the store just keeps piling up with stuff because they don't sell enough. Duh. Your prices are too high. Manager is a complete joke. ...
Read moreAs soon as I walked in I got zero greeting and zero acknowledgment, but other people in the store were getting the “hi how are you how can I help you” costumer service. I found a lot of cute clothes that I was going to buy but I walked past a room that was wide open so I didn’t see the sign that said employees only , I had only looked in there, I didn’t walk in at all. A lady with an accent came up behind me with an attitude saying “Excuse me can I help you , you can’t go in their” my immediate response was “oh my god I’m so sorry I had no idea” she proceeds to put her hands up like I’m attacking her and say “I’m just saying okay calm down” like I shouted at her when I was only just apologizing, I immediately put the stuff I was going to buy down because I’m not spending my money somewhere I clearly don’t...

I'm willing to pay but they have no shame pricing. Middle aged women with no style or understanding of resale market are plentiful here. What is not plentiful is decent deals or good finds! Hard pass Don't worry, you can always visit the good things you like three months later. As someone with a background in resale, pricing, and specifically thrift store pricing, this is just...
