The Vitamin Shoppe — Attraction in Jupiter

It’s amazing how much this store has change for the better. I stopped shopping here almost year due to it always be closed or so unorganized. I stop in because I’m sick of paying a lot for vitamins on the website. I was shocked when I first walked in and smelled how clean the store was. I was greeted quickly by women named Sarah and she asked me if I needed any help. I told her what I needed and that I had some questions. She took the time to explain the difference in the vitamins I was looking at. She also talked to me about the difference in protein. I was so amazed on how beautiful this store is now and most importantly was impressed with the wonderful service Sarah provided me. if i could give them 0 stars i would. i’ve come here a few times for my protein snacks and other supplements and the times i’ve visited i’ve bumped into sarah and cristy, which i’m sure are the managers. i felt unwelcome and i could feel the cristy girl just rolling her eyes at me under her breath. i love getting my items here but i felt completely baffled by the way she talked to me. you can tell she was just pretending to be nice to get a sale out of me. i will no longer be going to this location and will travel further to the one in pbg to avoid both of them. i manage a store myself and i can tell that sarah girl has no sense of leadership ability or even managerial competence. Came in to get a celsius before the gym, and the lady with the red hair or something helped me out and the experience was not ok. She made me feel uncomfortable when I was just getting a drink looking displeased that all I had come in for was a drink, and the way she had spoken to me was full with attitude. Im a first time customer here and this will be the last.
