Cheap product and rude staff! Meat is not high quality either at this location. Subpar franchisee compared to other locations and different owners of same franchise. I asked to sub beans for additional rice on lunch special. I was told they could not do it although I have never been told no at any other locations.

The girl at the counter was extremely rude too. I've been here twice since they opened recently and wasn't a problem then. Going out of her way to provide a negative experience for customers for something that should be a non Issue. You lost a $60 order because of a stubborn girl who obviously must be misinformed.

I went to Peru Wok around the corner instead which was a better experience and higher quality all the way around. I won't be coming back here for a while. People will get tired of subpar experience when the newness wears...

I ordered the 1/4 chicken and the lomo saltado. Both tasted dry and old. Tostones, fries, and rice were on point. Service was typical of fast food. My big issue was that there were fruit flies everywhere. And I mean everywhere! It was so bad that they had an employee with a bug zapper racket swatting all of the flies. That thing was going off like the Fourth of July! It made for some nice entertainment though. I hope they remedy...

Love this place. I never are here until they opened across from my office. Now I'm addicted. I usually get the regular sized chicken bowl which is delicious and more than enough for lunch. Not to mention how inexpensive it is! Everything else I've tried has also...
