Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Jupiter

I've been coming here for years for Pizza Hut cravings. Every year it seems to get worse. My last experience here was the absolute worst. Ordered my pizzas online, came to pick them up. I walk in the store and it seems completely dead with no employees. It's dark and looks dirty, but that could be the color scheme. An employee turns the corner and looks at me at the counter, then turns to the back. After calling for someone, another employee appeared out of what seemed thin air. I got my pizzas and left. I get home and open the pizza boxes. I got a plain cheese and a stuffed crust pizza with onion. The plain cheese was fine, but the stuffed crust was hard. Like rock hard. Parts of the pizza were inedible. It was like it was cooked the day before and left in the hot case for 24 hours or more. Completely dry. I called the store to complain the last time I ordered for the same reason - terrible, dried out, bad quality pizza. If I was issued a complimentary pizza, I'm just going to be disappointed again. It's a waste of my time for food that I can get way better quality from other places in town that I don't have to waste my time with this game. Cheap-er pizza where I have to waste an hour or two driving, calling, waiting etc isn't worth it.

The reasoning as to why I did not "strongly agree" to my likelyhood recommending this store is because of the poor service of the lady I spoke to on the other end of the line when I called in and kindly reported a problem I had experienced with my order. I told her I received two sauces I did not pay for, as well as was missing one sauce I did pay for. Instead of simply telling me she would have the issue fixed and send someone over right away, she was extremely unclear and I was then put on hold. I called in a second time in attempts to explain this issue, and she stated she understood what I had said initially, and would send someone over. I was then out on hold a second time. I'm not sure why she didn't just hang the phone up. Very misleading and unclear behavior.

The fact I did not receive the sauce was the least of my worries. The delivery driver was more than kind, as he arrived within the next 20 minutes or so with a handful of sauces, and was very apologetic about the small issue. Ordered 2 pizzas and breadsticks , 4 drinks and a veg pasta. 20 to 30 minute delivery time was 1 hour on a Tuesday night. I read the reviews and almost didn't order because of all the complaints. Always go with your gut! After 1 hour finally got my order only to find they forgot the breadsticks they charged me for. So I tried and tried to call and they wouldn't answer because they saw my number and knew what they did .So I grabbed my buddy's phone and guess what ,After me trying 10 times and getting disconnected and nobody would pick up mysteriously picked up my call 1st ring on my buddies phone.Said they would have the rest of my daughters order over in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later showed up.
