If I could leave off the star I would. I’ve had bad service from a few places before but not so terrible I felt the need to leave a review. My friends and I couldn’t wait to come check out the new location that’s right by our house in Jupiter. We arrived last night @8:30pm. We were sat down immediately and the server came and took our order for our drinks. I noticed the table behind us and across from us were being cleaned. Then our food order was taken when our drinks arrived, by this time the other two tables had people. Our two apps arrived and when we finished them another round of drinks were ordered. When the server asked if we wanted a third round we noticed it was going on 9:30 and our food that we ordered along with the apps hadn’t arrived, but the people who came after us were eating and just being served. We asked why it was taking almost an hour for a roast beef sandwich, burger and a French onion soup. Lie #1 they ran out of roast beef and had to shave more. (Why wasn’t I asked if I rather have something else?) Lie #2 they lost the ticket , the manager said. He also said he would take care of us. Lie #3 by 10pm. It’s now being plated and the ticket fell under the station so they didn’t know. The French onion soup had raw onions and the burger crumbled apart when my friend picked it up. I didn’t bother eating my sandwich. It was supposed to be hot and it wasn’t. The manager took off the soup and a dollar off the burger. So we paid a lot of money to wait almost 2 hours to eat and then half of it was made terribly. I’m making sure to tell all my friends and clients not to bother with this location. As someone who used to serve, I find it insulting to be lied to and to not really care about the quality of the food served. I love the lake park location but I will not go to the Jupiter one again unless I hear they got their act together. And I hear that we weren’t the only ones who have experienced this. Word travels...
Read moreI've loved brass ring since high school 20 years ago, and since I live in Jupiter was so excited that they opened one here. Walked in at 745pm stood at host stand for about 5 minutes then decided to take one of the many open seats at the bar with my old Gunnery Sergeant visiting from out of town. Bartender at first was ok, then we put in our appetizer the chicken nachos. They came out 10 minutes later food runner very nice. The chicken nachos were dry and just plain terrible so we tried for 10 minutes to get our bartenders attention but she was to busy on her phone. So I had to go to the host stand and talk to who I think was a manager to get assistance. So then we put our burger order in and the burgers come out and they are ok and they messed up my side order. So about 45 minutes of being there our bartender comes over and says im sorry not coming back to see if you need anything but I'm not feeling good and I've been sick. ( AWESOME). THANKS FOR GETTING US DRINKS AND FOOD WHILE SICK. So she leaves and the replacement wasn't any better. Not to mention there were never more than 6 people at the bar. And when we asked for tabs the bartender brought them to us we put our cards out 10 minutes later we are wondering where she is and my gunny says, she is over there just watching the basketball game. Nachos were terrible 2 out 5. Burger 4 out 5. Service 1 out 5 absolutely appalling. I hope this new brass ring doesn't ruin the other two which are. If you want a good time and burger...
Read moreMy first experience was as horrible as my fifth. On most occasions the Vegetable of the day is the same as their regular vegetable. Broccoli, broccoli, or Broccoli. If you order a burger then “Rare, medium rare, medium well” are all cooked the same, RARE. Cheese on your burger, cost $1, wont be the kind of cheese that you ordered. Mushrooms, cost $1, will be 5 slim flavorless slices. Good baked potatoes, but mashed comes with a flavorless-salty-brown sauce. UgH-disgusting. Wings, I ordered 50 for takeout, which I had to recook. Purchading 50 wings only allows you ONE serving of carrots, celery, bluecheese! But if you buy 10 wings you get the same: one serving of veges and bluecheese. What kind of math does Brass Ring use? 5 orders should equal 5 veges and 5 blue cheese. Then, Hungry people waiting for wings to be regrilled and then not have enough veges and Bluecheese, is a nightmare. The wings were not crispy but rubbery skin and undercooked with pink meat stuck to the bone. Perhaps if you order fewer wings and you “eat-in” instead of “take-out” the wings may be better. I dont know because the wings were so awful that I never ordered them again. Only once (out of 5 times) have I had a pleasant and knowledgeable server. Never has my order been cooked as ordered.....
