We recently made a trip to Kansas. My son is a 12 year old skater. We always try to stop at new skateparks when we are in different cities.
This is by far the most interesting and neat thing I have encountered as far as skateparks go. What a cool project that a bunch of skaters came together and made. A little rough around the edges, like any good skater 😉

At one point this park was great for the children to work off some energy !It was clean , safe & a great place for them to practice but when I arrived here the other day , I was saddened at how it looked , there were clothes next to a tree just rotting there ; toilet paper & trash every where, homeless people lurking around !I'll just say I would not allow my child to go there with or without supervision & those Children really took pride in that park in the past it's...

When somebody asked the city for money to build a park, the city said do it yourself.... So thats what they did. This is a real live Do It Yourself skatepark. Over all park is clean. Has a great group of people that come together to donate their time and money to do something good for the community... Well and to skate too!! Come out and enjoy!
