Really upset! I came in Friday and was handed off to different people because I had asked for a particular nail tech not to do pedicure and the “talk” started in the shop with the workers! When My feet were done after sitting in cold water and repeatedly telling the lady it was cold for over an hour, I was handed to someone who handed me to Leon! Leon did my nails and apologized several times for the inconvenience when it was not his fault! Unfortunately, my polish started coming off Saturday. I came in Sunday to get them fixed! Leon wasn’t there but I immediately got handed off to someone who you could tell really didn’t want to fix the problem. I choose to change my color all together because the color was starting to lift from all of my nails. He got upset and well the talk started with the employees as they do when they want to talk about people in a language most can not understand! I had NO PROBLEM paying for the change in color however I didn’t feel it was my responsibility! My nails are not dry and I asked the man doing them if they were and he was pretty much rushing me out the door! Grab my credit card, ran it, yelled “there’s no money on here” as I was unlocking the card. Disappointed! I’m sorry but if I am paying for my nails to be done they should be done the way I want and if I don’t like them then fixed…I will pay for whatever I need to, as long as I like them. And if I want to change them because the paint isn’t staying on, I should not have to be embarrassed because the workers don’t want to fix them! Leon is cool and a sweetheart. The only one who seemed to enjoy what he does! Edited: this is my nails 4 days later!!!

Updating my review because I quit going here for a multitude of reasons: The price kept increasing for an acrylic fill with gel polish. It was 35 for a year then all the sudden, 45,then 50 on the next visit with no explanation for price hike within 3 months offered. Whether I made an appointment or not I was always rushed through my entire appointment. My gel polish was so rushed that it wasn't fully cured all the way and was bubbly/uneven. This happened multiple times. The final straw was when they removed my acrylics with a nail tip which was extremely painful and damaging to my nails and Leon cut me 6 times during one appointment without even apologizing. Really disappointed and let down because I used to think this place was pretty good for the price but it's obvious they just want to do as many clients as possible as fast as possible. fwiw to anyone reading this, never let a nail tech at any salon remove your enhancement with a nail tip, it is awful for your nails and extremely painful to the customer.

I’ve went to Posh nails several times and have always been satisfied. But today one of the males there cut the side of my toe with the cubicle nippers. I felt him wiping the blood away and continued working. A few minutes later when he sprayed a mixture on all of my toes it burned very badly and I informed him that he cut me and the alcohol was burning badly. He did not understand me so the guy next to him translated and looked at my foot as well. They could see the cut. No one did anything at all. This is very dangerous and unsanitary. As soon as I left I went to Walmart to purchase Neosporin and bandages as recommended by the woman sitting next to me so as to prevent infection.

I took picture of my pinky, but it doesn’t have the option to upload a picture with this review. I came with 3 other ladies to get our nails/feet done. The place held about 6 customers to five people working at 1st glance. No big deal until we are rudely asked, “What are you here for?” upon entrance. The greeter didn’t say, “Hi, may I help you?” We explained what services we wanted and proceeded to get what we each wanted. My nail tech’s name was Leon. At first, he was polite. He’d informed me to let my old nails soak off while he finished a nail set on another customer. When it was my turn he quietly inquired about what I did for a living, how old I was, etc. Then, as he was filing my nails down to coffin style he was so rough he cut my finger really badly (it felt like I poured alcohol over a paper cut). He did apologize so I suffered as he finished my other hand thinking the worst was over. Oh no! When I picked out my two colors: 201 and 291 he proceeded to paint my accent finger with 291, BUT it wasn’t the color I chose which I pointed out. I even got up to get the wheel with all the colors to show him. While I’m showing him he says rather impatiently that the color I picked FROM THE WHEEL ISN’T AVAILABLE ANYMORE. How was I suppose to know this?!!! I end up picking another color for my accent finger because now I really want to get this over with and leave. He begins to mutter in his native tongue as he’s painting my nails. Overall, I’ve had a MUCH better experience at Regail nails inside of Walmart in Raymore. They offer you a complimentary beverage and their customer service matches their work: professional, efficient, and they do a GREAT job!!!!!! I still tipped for...

It has been obvious that Angela is no longer at Posh. My daughter and I came in after attending a very hurtful funeral. My thought was, let’s get our nails done, some pampering. Cute nails are therapeutic! Posh has a great selection of nail colors and my 12 year old and myself were really trying to find something that would make us smile. Apparently our indecisiveness was shunned upon and frustrating for the staff. We were rushed, my daughter ended up with a nail color that she did not want, and the overall job of the nails was sloppy. The gentleman that took care of my daughter was rude to her and then took a passive aggressive stance when she shared her nails with me. We didn’t say anything because they began speaking in their language to one another where my daughter was certain they were talking about us. This was my last time going to Posh Nails. If you don’t want your customers to look through the colors or change their minds before it’s time to apply the polish, reduce the number of colors and let everyone know they have 60 secs to decide with no changes to be made or you will pick out their color for them. Thank you for a bitter experience after a broken heart! It’s obvious you all are happy for the money but have no passion...
