My experience at this place is great. I always have a good experience. It's a good company, it's a good place. It's a good product. Good service? Josh is good at getting me in and out of there and delightfully, and he was very helpful with any questions I had. He's gonna be a good Bud tinder for you. All And thank you all for the services you provide............ as usual great quick painless enjoyable and easy to navigate experience staff is been great while o have been there today though i had 2 great employees I encountered the one that checks you in not sure the name but was exceptionally more pleasant than most and I've not had a time where I didn't find those in front to be pleasant but she had something about her that just made it a better experience and then there was the girl in the online order booth. I think the name is Sam but again I don't usually pay attention to that especially when their smile and energy are pleasant anyways she was great fun to talk to even if brief and just made my time their even better and started my day off better than most my days so thabk you both for the great service and energy or whatever it is and the great service you have great attitudes and people skills. First off this place is so nice, it makes me feel fancy but nice in a welcoming way. a lot of modern shops these days feel like i’m walking through LAX TSA but this spot keeps its welcoming vibe AND modern class. I think a large part of it is the employees as well, every single one of them is incredibly welcoming and i’m a very nervous person but i felt relaxed immediately, the security guard said hi to me! that was a really nice first engagement and it made me feel more confident when I went to their digital kiosk!

the staff are also incredibly good at reading a persons needs from a distance without making you feel watched, good music and bright vibes also help with this haha the first time I came here i was with my mom, so i was feeling more socially comfortable and i wanted to ask questions, within moments i had a staff member helping me! the next time I went I was feeling pretty nervous and shy as I was by myself but I was greeted warmly and then left to browse the digital menu by myself at my own speed

great prices too, and lots of frequent like actually good deals (none of that 10% off coupon after like a million dollars spent) I got 4 pre rolls for bogo 50% off and my total was $38!

definitely a loyal customer here...

This was my first time at this Dispensary and I noticed a distinctly friendly atmosphere.

I needed to charge my phone in the lobby to unlock my card and while I was sitting I noticed how friendly all of the staff were, even after cycling through a few people at the front desk, everyone did their jobs wonderfully.

I arrived at a fairly busy time and got to see the efficiency of the team, each of them following the propper procedure and I didn't see a single unsatisfied looking person there.

Props to the red haired girl and the OCD GermX guy at the counter (Sorry I didn't get names) And props to she security guard, who I got so see perform several acts courteousness towards guests.

Upon another recent visit I wal helped by Josh. I found myself 2 cents short for a purchase and was frustrated and a bit embarrassed that I would have to reconfigure my order. But he was able to give me a small discount to help me out, the service here seems to understand how to keep customers coming back for more with their excellent service...
