I originally placed my order online. After an hour of no delivery or phone call, I look at my order information to find that the delivery address had changed to the same address for the store. My phone number was also incorrect. I called the store multiple times, but the phone just rang until an answering machine picked up. I called to order a pizza just so that I could get someone on the phone, but all they could do was cancel the original order and reorder for me. She couldn't tell me if I would be charged twice or anything outside of taking it up with my bank if I have to. After waiting another hour and still no delivery, I had a friend take me down to the store that the order should have come from. The employee was very helpful, as much as he could be, and tried to look up either of the orders. He didn't see any under my name or account. I even had my order number, and it was useless. I asked if he could just refund me the charges, but he said without an order he couldn't do anything. He offered to make my order free of charge since it was now going on 3 hours since the original order was placed, and I expressed concerns that I could be charged up to 3 times at this point. He assured me that there shouldn't be a charge since there wasn't a history of any orders, and them prepared my order while I waited. It was overcooked, but I understood they were understaffed and wasn't be charged for the order, so I let it be and left with the food he provided. Today I checked my bank account, and there was a charge for the original order that should have been delivered, so there was a $5.99 delivery fee and a $5 tip for the driver that never delivered! Read moreI couldn't figure out how to give a review on my rewards. So I came here. This is the best customer service I've ever had from not just a pizza place but any restaurant I've ordered from. So to start off I had ordered from a nearby store(not this one) and they genuinely took 2 hours to deliver my food. And then left it on the sidewalk outside my front door and didn't knock. By the time I started wondering why they hadnt delivered the pizza yet and looked outfront and found it sitting there, it was covered in ants.. as it was over 100 degrees today. So its probably safe to say that it was unedible. I called them over 10 times and tried every number I could, including a managers personal number I was given and not a single person answered the phone. So for the OTHER store that happens to be in this same area.. you know who you are. And you get 0/5 stars. I then had no other option but to call another store. I explained what had happened to this stores general manager and that I couldn't get ahold of them. He then made my order personally and brought it to my house himself. AND ITS NOT EVEN IN THEIR DELIVERY AREA. You deserve so much more than 5 stars! They even gave me free cheese sticks I didn't even ask for as an apology on ANOTHER stores behalf. Read moreHad a frustrating experience. I ordered three pizzas and two 2-liters, but only received one 2-liter and two of my pizzas (specifically didn't receive the pizza I had ordered for someone with dietary restrictions so when it didn't come, they just didn't have food).
Tried to call the store to get it fixed but was repeatedly placed on hold and abandoned. Finally got a customer service rep and requested a refund and they said all they could do was put a credit on my phone number so that the next time I ordered pizza, I would have to call their special number and order through them. They couldn't actually give me my money back, just a credit I would have to call a special number to even use.
They said the actual store had the ability to refund my money, but that there wasn't anything they could do because the store wasn't answering the phone so it was take their weird little credit or nothing. They said they would email the store manager and ask them to call me so I could actually get a real refund, but the manager never called me so right now they've basically stolen my money.
