Worlds of fun? More like worlds of bank robbery and disappointment. This is the absolute worst amusement park I’ve ever been to. The ride management is godawful and entirely inefficient, none of the workers seem to know how to do their jobs, and none of them seem to care given that 80% of them are either sitting by their rides or shops and doing literally nothing and/or sitting on their phone. Nearly all the attractions were closed and absolutely no employees were capable of delivering even half an answer as to why, or when they predicted the ride would be open again. On top of that, every single ride that I Did go on was not once filled to capacity even when there were more than enough people in line to fill it, thereby making the wait for other patrons far longer. None of the ride operators seemed to even know how many people could ride their rides, as they would let in a group of people, then go back and count how many seats were open, then let more people in again, and repeat until either the line was finished or the ride was full, IF they bothered to fill the ride. One single ride operator I interacted with had customer service. Every other worker seemed to hate their jobs and not care whatsoever which- given the experience I had today- I can’t blame them, but that doesn’t give anyone an excuse to be so belligerently incompetent at the job they get paid BY PATRONS OF THE PARK to do. When we arrived to the park, we purchased a drink and the worker claimed they were out of lids for the cup when there were literally lids sitting in front of them, but they still refused to give us a lid. Then, when we attempted to purchase an item from the gift shop, the employee wasn’t able to scan the barcode and instead of asking for a replacement of the item to scan or using, idk ANY problem solving in the situation, they merely tried to convince us the item wasn’t for sale. Really? The item on the shelf in the gift shop with a barcode and price on it isn’t for sale? I genuinely don’t know if it’s possible to be more incompetent at your job than that. Then, when we purchased drinks with our meal, we asked for a medium drink and the cashier handed us a small. We corrected them and asked for a medium, and they handed us a large. We corrected them Again, and they proceeded to tell us they didn’t have medium, and we had to literally grab the medium size cup that was Literally right in front of the cashier ourselves. IMMEDIATELY AFTER THIS, we ordered another medium drink and this man handed us a small? I swear to god if you conducted iq tests on the employees of this establishment at least 1/2 of them wouldn’t score higher than 70. This is a disgraceful waste of money, so much so I might even call it a scam. Paying nearly 70$ to ride maybe 5 rides that were extremely short and didn’t even play music, be met by incompetent employees, not even get to swim at oceans of fun when it was still open and barely anyone was there, and not even getting a drink included in your meal is blatant theft in my opinion. The latter evidence leads me to my next point; I purchased the all-day meal plan with my ticket and THREE. of the NINE. restaurants participating in all-day dining were open. It’s a disgusting disregard for patrons expectations when they purchase the fairly expensive all-day dining ticket, just to be able to eat at 3 restaurants out of the 9 they expected to have available. By the way, none of the three restaurants that Were open had any vegan/vegetarian/dietary restriction friendly options available besides cop-out French fries. Mind you, the all-day dining plan doesn’t even come with drinks. An entree and side are included, you can’t even get a water. And drinks are $6 for a small. Utterly disgusting. I wouldn’t waste my money on this scammy cash-grab excuse for an amusement park if my life depended on it. I’m fairly optimistic and try to make the best of any situation, but there was no salvaging this horrible experience. I drove nearly 7 hours round trip for this disappointment. I hope the owners struggle to...
Read moreI visited August 2, 2025. Overall I had a good time. There were some pretty concerning things that occurred as well. Specifically, a situation at Spinning Dragons. I spent the extra money on Fast Pass PLUS and expected to receive the privileges that came with it. So did everyone else in my line. Around 20 minutes of not moving, we all started to feel like our line wasn't being prioritized. We would see 4-5 groups from the regular line get on the ride for every 1 group that was pulled from the Fast Pass line. After a couple more minutes one of the guys in line said that he would go see why our line had hardly moved for almost 30 minutes. I saw him ask about why we weren't being prioritized. I didn't hear much else. When he came back to his spot in line, he informed the rest of us that they told him they're doing a 2-1 ratio (2 from the regular line and 1 from the Fast pass line). He said he pointed out how they haven't even gotten to us while 3 families had been waved through from the regular line, even while he was up there talking. He asked for them to call a supervisor. Couple minutes later, he and the supv spoke. When he returned to us in the line, he said she was just as unhelpful and told him it's their busiest day and they're running 4-1 ratio. We all agreed that made even less sense than what the ride operators said. He said he asked for her to call her manager. By this time, me and my friend made it to the front of the Fast Pass line. We invited the guy who advocated for us and his girlfriend to ride with us (4 seats per vehicle). Once we were seated and strapped in, the ride operator told the guy to get rid of his hat. The guy said that he was going to hold onto his hat and to start the ride. The supervisor from before walked over and told us that the ride cannot operate while he is wearing or holding his hat. The guy pushed back and said he's a season pass holder and never had this issue before. He did not want to put his hat in the storage area and if he loses it, its not their problem. The supervisor said if he has his hat, they can't start the ride. As the supervisor was speaking with the ride operator, we were talking about how the ride operator tried to pull a power move in retaliation to the guy complaining and askingforasupervisor. I pointed out that they wanted to enforce the rules on him, but no one said anything about me removing my glasses, which is also on the list of prohibited items on the ride. The supervisor came back over and said he could put his hat inside his shirt. The guy said that's fine and to start the ride and how this was a waste of time, they just didnt like that someone spoke up about the workers repeatedly overlooking the Fast Pass Plus line and how they don't even know what ratios they're working with. About 2 minutes later, when we were exiting the ride, the supervisor, a manager, a security guard, and 3 SHERIFF'S DEPUTIES were waiting at the exit gate. All of us knew they were called on the guy. He stopped and shook their hands and said yall are here for me so let me go ahead and explain. Me and my friend were also speaking up saying that he did nothing wrong and this was totally overkill and unnecessary. One of the deputies waved us off with a very harsh "thank you" like he wasn't interested whatsoever. Me and my friend walked a little ways and stopped to record the exchange. I was terrified they would remove him from the park or try to arrest him. He never yelled or made any threats. He did use some profanity during the argument about his hat. We waited and watched for what felt like forever. In the end, everyone walked away. I fully support that man for speaking up on all of our behalf. One of the workers didn't like it and thought he could flex with the whole "lose the hat or you won't be riding" bit. It was a little traumatic seeing LAW ENFORCEMENT be called on that black man who questioned why the Fast line was going slower than the regular line. I wonder what the workers said about him and his behavior to elicit security and 3 sheriff deputies to...
Read moreLiterally not worth the prices before you even get in. You're gonna love the 👎30$ parking with the 15m. Walk to the car👎 don't bring a bag of any kind bc you will have to walk back to your car. .... yes the lady just before us, had the same bag my wife did, different employee made us walk back to our car....remember that 15min walk.👎 A little hungry? foods gonna be cold 👎and you're gonna be tired by the time you get it 👎because you been standing and waiting for an hour. 👎 So we get to the first haunted house and a security person started following us as soon as we walked in.👎 Super weird I'm with the wife, sister, my 2 kids 1 of their boyfriends and 4 nieces. ANYWAY, some costumed employees walk out did their thing in the room then the next room. The whole time this security person is basically pushing us into the group in front of us. 👎Essentially ruining our experience in that haunted house period. 👎We got great views of the crowd in front of us being scared. 👎But yes that ruined it for us. 👎We tried to salvage the situation and proceed on. We dropped 500$ just to walk in👎 not counting the cold food👎 we gonna try to have fun. Next haunted house guy jumps out screaming with all he has directly into my ear.👎 Is this even leagal? I have hearing issues already, I asked the guy do you have to scream in my ear. Ok he's in character yes. He starts calling my baby this etc.... I'm smiles but dude is in my way at this point. 👎 I walk forward dude is still taunting me we bump chests. 👎He says you can't touch me dude. I laugh, my wife grabs me at that point. I was gonna get real,👌 anyway we side step dirty Dan and go the the Detonator. Waiting in line 20-30, eating the rest of the even colder food 👎👎in line and one of the towers fail.👎 Now we aren't almost next.👎 Sigh. Dude in the fast lane smoking a cigarette like he's at home. Security cracking down on the smoking👎did see security hassling people with vapes and cigarettes. But at the same time they let them bring it in🤷♂️👎 we've held season passes for a decade. This is by far the worst experience I've had anywhere, ever. We continued on..... to the bumper cars...... employee opens the gate 15 kids run out....12 cars👎🤷♂️ the employee let's 2 more kids out....😅 i don't even know what's happening at this point, she' had a long day I guy. Ok, extra people back behind the gate. Ride ends, they seemed sluggish btw, didn't really look fun. Ok, next group out 15 kids run out🤦♂️👎. Oh yeah it's taking like 5-8 mins to figure all this out before the ride starts by the way. Everywhere slow, sluggish, employees doing everything about as slow as possible. Making you wait a little longer.👎 Ok, we are done 1 hr left til the park closes but we are done. Half the park it seemed decides yup, this place sucks👎 and decides to leave with us.👎 so after the 15 m walk back to the car, it dark now btw, parking lot we had to park in was poorly lit andthe terrain was very rough and uneven, there's no clear way in or out of the actual parking area just cars crammed into small space basically no side walks or anything so you're walking through grass, gravel etc.👎30$ parking 👎 everyone in the parking lot at time probably had a night like ours, everyone speeding out of the lots cutting people off, trying to get out. Security had the exit closer to the parking lots closed 👎 so instead of 2 EXITS there's 1 now👎 we keep on getting out😅 just let it end please 🙏 we are literally at the exit. Everyone huddled into 2 lanes . You can only turn right. Dude in the left lane turns into my lane I guess bc, of poor lightning, sign placement 👎 anyway I dodged that last obstacle and got on the hyway 👍 32 thumbs down for us. We won't...
