Tenía una cita el pasado Sábado a la cual iba llegando unos minutos tarde. La persona encargada (el estilista) me llamó para reclamarme por el hecho y pues, si de cierta forma no iba llegando a tiempo? El debió tener más tacto al preguntar si me había pasado algo mayor para no avisar que estaba retrasado. Muy mal de su parte al no tener cierta consideración. Si bien no perdió mucho ‘monetariamente’ hablando? Pues, perdió dos clientes y quizás más. Le apuesto a que si yo fuera una persona de origen estadounidense su trato hubiese sido diferente.
