Seriously, do NOT miss the chance to eat here!! I've heard a lot about the history of Pho Binh, so my Husband and I were very excited to finally be passing through the area to visit this newest location! It only took one visit to know that we'd be stopping by every chance we get! The dining area is very cute and the murals on the wall give it a light, cheery, and comfy vibe! My husband loves Pho and tries it almost everywhere that serves it, while I usually try various menu items. However, this time we both decided to get a dish on the menu called Binh's Favorite. We were told that the beef bone broth marinates for about 22hrs..and it was highly recommended. It sounded delicious! When it was served, the portion size was great and the presentation was so lovely..topped and served with fresh ingredients! My husband had prepared to add lemon or lime to his broth as he usually does..however, it soon became clear it wasn't needed! Let me tell you..this broth is flipping Heaven in a bowl! My husband, the seasoned Pho eater, said that it was the best he's tasted and he wouldn't dare add anything to it because it's perfect the way it is! I also absolutely loved it! The broth alone is absolutely worth the drive! (No matter where you're coming from!) Plus, everything in the dish is cooked beautifully! The meats in the broth (Steak, Brisket, Meatball, & Tendon) were tender and so very good! The Rice Noodles were cooked perfectly as well! Everything was so delicious! The Service is also wonderful! Everyone was attentive and very polite! This is a family owned restaurant, and it's great to see the family working together! It's also easy to see that the owner, Binh, takes pride in his business and makes sure his customers are well cared for! We still had a long trip ahead so we also ordered a Boba to go! There's so many delicious flavors to choose from so I plan to try a different one each trip! Honestly, neither one of us can wait until we get to stop by and taste that Ah-Mazing broth again! I know there's more on the menu, and I'm sure it's all delicious, but.. That Pho Binh running through my mind all day! I'm a Pho Binh beef broth Girl Pho Life now! (Sorry, the Pho puns are way too tempting! Which reminds me, they also have a really cute selection of Hats...
Read moreHoly Pho! If you're in Katy, TX and craving a culinary ride, look no further than Pho Binh.
We showed up as a big group without a reservation, and they didn't even blink. Before we knew it, we were comfortably settled in, marveling at the swift service and how they pulled it off without a hitch. The staff was not only professional, but also friendly, welcoming us with warm smiles that were truly infectious.
The food, oh the food! The Pho had us all slurping with satisfaction, filled with tender meat and fresh veggies soaking in a heavenly aromatic broth. The dumplings and egg rolls were all kinds of delicious!
Now let's talk about the drinks. Their boba tea was the perfect blend of creamy and sweet, and the mango iced tea? Just imagine a Texas summer's day in a glass, cooled down with a burst of fresh mango. Yum!
The restaurant was sparkling clean and fresh, with a real feel-good atmosphere. It was pretty clear that the folks at Pho Binh really care about their place, and it shows! They've got a beautiful spot that's both comfy and visually pleasing, making you feel right at home as soon as you step inside.
Ordering was so simple and I love the simple walk-in style of it all.
The cherry on top was the owner (and chef) coming out to say hi and thank us. It was such a cool and genuine touch, making our visit even more memorable.
So, if you're in the mood for some pho-nomenal Vietnamese food, good vibes, and top-notch service, make sure you hit up Pho Binh. We'll definitely be back and spreading the word to everyone we know. Trust me, once you've been here, you'll want to...
Read moreOrdered $40 of pho. Received 1 packet of hoisin and 1 packet of sriracha for the bowls of pho. Presumably to split the packet equally between bowls like we are in soviet Russia on rations during the winter war.
Would probably never order to go or delivery from here again. The pho itself is okay, nothing out of this world but it’s not bad either. The lady on the phone offered to have some sauce packets dropped to my house but idk if I wanna give them my address etc.
Just double check your bags for peripherals so you don’t get home and have one sauce packet for multiple bowls of pho to share lol
Edit:
Thanks for your response Binh. When I order at other restaurants, they normally give sauce for each item; sounds logical right? I can post the Uber receipt showing $40 bill, not that it matters as you said, the $ amount does not matter. In regards to the address thing, yes, I am okay with an uber contracted driver delivering food, but based off your response you seem angry, and I do not want someone who is angry to have my home address. I will protect myself if necessary but would rather not have to do that.
I wont be ordering from you folks again, dont worry. I prefer places that serve the appropriate condiments and whatnot with their pho, of which there are plenty in Houston.
Sorry you did not appreciate the joke about Russia, coupled with honest feedback on my experience with your restaurant and your...
