This seller was dishonest and rude. I purchased a guitar online from this seller that they described as having a crack in the neck due to being damaged during shipping, but it had been repaired. Instead, when I received the guitar it not only had the repaired crack that they had disclosed in the photo, but also had a completely separate crack in the neck not related or connected to the crack they disclosed, and it was not repaired or even mentioned. When I contacted the seller and sent photos to bring the matter to their attention, the seller's response was..."Did you think it would be a new neck?" They also insisted that they had disclosed everything which was a lie. They immediately refused a return of the guitar, offered a small discount, accused me of being unreasonable, of not understanding and simply trying to get around their return policy. Fortunately, the website where they had it listed offered buyer protection because they agreed that the guitar was "not as described." They were able to override the seller, and gave me the option to return the guitar for a full refund or keep it and get a a partial refund of $400 plus $28 in taxes. Though I typically buy several thousand dollars of music gear a year, I wouldn't by from this company again even if they were the only company on Earth. My worst buying experience ever. Buyer's Beware!!!

Read moreAwful experience... I ordered a guitar online from their website. The guitar arrived with missing screws for the neck pickup and the pickup was completely loose. It took me almost a week to reach them: they didn't return my emails, they didn't pick up the phone, they didn't return my voicemails. Finally I had a hold onto them but then they told me that I should take it to a guitar repair shop to fix it. I explained to them that if someone pays 1400 dollars for a guitar, they deserve to be sent a missing screw. They finally agreed to send me some screws. Then another week went by without any communication. When I asked about the situation again, they told me that either I need to send the guitar back to them or take it to a Fender service so that they can put the missing screw. Apparently Fender told them that they won't send me anything directly. Finally I called Fender and explained the situation. Fender told me that they are happy to send some screws.

They were Super friendly and really took time with us. I've been in Pro Production and a musician most of my life; it is rare for me to find this Caliber of knowledge & expertise in a "hometown" store...they really ARE a Pro shop! Every guitar I touched was clean, tuned, & ready for me to experience. The Sales staff went over and beyond in helping us - even brought us a guitar and bass, from their vast inventory (as they were not on the floor) & helped us set them up.
