I have been coming here for about a year and have never been disappointed. I am now a regular, once a month. At first, massages were a treat to myself but I quickly realized why they call it massage THERAPY.

I have anxiety and I get tension headaches from letting daily stuff build up in my neck and shoulders. Regular sessions have worked magic. My carpal tunnel pain and TMJ tension are almost gone, and I had no idea those were treatable with massage!

I recently branched out and got my first professional facial here too. I was surprised that it was equally as relaxing as the massages. I was a little terrified of having a reaction or burning sensations, but it was perfect.
