So this Burger King has gone downhill considerably. Pulled in the Drive-Thru to order my food, all i got out was, hi, I have a.. the lady barked.. code? So I read her the code, she said drinks? Told her what I wanted to drink, added a couple of other things. They never responded back when I was done with a thank you or pull forward or anything. So I sat there for a minute and then realized apparently they were done. pulled up to the window the kid barked how much the price was, neither staff could be bothered to say hi or thank you, customer service must be a lost art. he took my card, I asked for a drink carrier and some sauce. They didn't respond, but did put my drinks in a carrier. I felt like I was inconveniencing them right from the start. So I told the kid at the window, I feel like I'm inconveniencing you. He just looked at me, I said am I being an inconvenience being here? And he goes no, not that much. I said great I'll let your manager know. He laughed and said okay. The food was fair at best, the prices were reasonable especially with that free side of attitude. So Burger King manager apparently your customers are only inconveniencing your staff a little bit by being there. If your next question is.. will I be back? Well to reiterate your staffs comment...
Read moreStopped by this morning on our way to the coast. Husband ordered a breakfast burrito with no meat. The woman who took our order confirmed no meat. Unfortunately it had sausage so we had to go back. Going back to have it remade is annoying, but whatever. Accidents happen. What earned the low rating / review is the attitude of the manager (supervisor?) when I went back to have it remade. I was friendly, just explained what happened and asked to have it remade. She acted like I was the biggest inconvenience and DIDN'T EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE my inconvenience from having to go back and go inside (if I'd wanted to get out of my car, I'd not have chosen the drive through in the first place). Word of advice Burger King Manager (Supervisor?) ... If your workers mess up someone's order, it's customary to say "I'm sorry for your inconvenience." Or even just "I'm sorry." Like that's all it takes. Just acknowledge it and don't treat the customer like they're ruining your day because they want what they paid for. K? K. 👌🏻 Awful customer service....
Read moreThis situation absolutely pushed every button I have. At 920 pm I looked up the Burger King hours online and at the website. Every single source said the drive thru was open until midnight. I drove to all four that are in Keizer and be Salem and NOT a single one was open. It isn’t that tricking hard to update hour information except it’s my understanding by closing so early franchise rules are being broke. I called all four places and I was supposed to get a call back by someone at EsenO or district management but NOTHING not a single phone call or apology. The corporate toll free number informed me that it’s impossible all four stores would have been closed on a day they are to be open normal business hours and felt I was not being honest. That is a lot of gas to waste as a loyal customer. Jack in the box and McDonald’s were both open. Carl’s junior was open and they were so kind as to use my Burger King coupon towards an equivalent item. So now my loyalty will...
