We went to this restaurant on Friday evening I sat in the drive-through for 10 minutes repeated my order three times and then when I got home unloaded our food sat down at the dinner table the order was completely wrong my order was five rolled beef tacos ,three shredded beef crispy tacos ,and a order of chips and guacamole ,and a combination number 21. Well so what we received was a breakfast burrito eight roll tacos which I had requested without lettuce which they had lettuce three shredded beef tacos also requested without lettuce had let us know combination burrito the only thing that was good about this meal was the chips with cheese and a side of guacamole when I called to complain I was told no problem by one of their workers named Jocelyn she apologized because they had a new person working the drive-through which is the person that I repeated my order three times Jocelyn said no worries apologized and said come in tomorrow and I will refund your money this meal cost me $37.27 . So I returned it to the location last night to get my money back after sitting in the drive-through for 15 minutes I was told that I should’ve brought the food back which I’m pretty sure is illegal so that they could make sure that they really messed up on my order now what restaurant doesn’t trust people enough to know that if someone calls back complain about their order the order is probably wrong I still have yet to receive my money back from this location I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as never going back to this location again oh and on a sidenote I’m glad that all of our money is going to the owners brand-new Cadillac Escalade which I see them driving around Kaiser dailyI would’ve left a better review if I would’ve received my money back and they would’ve made it right but they do not stand behind their word or their food stay away from...
Read moreAwful experience here today. I ordered through the drive-thru: a drink, a flan, and chicken nachos extra cheese no pico de gallo. When I got home, it was discovered they didn't give me the flan and had entered my order as chicken nachos NO cheese no pico de gallo. I drove back, across Keizer, to the store. I let the girl who was taking orders know the issue. She looked at me like I had 3 heads. I told her I'd like the flan they didn't give me that I paid for and to please fix my nachos. She leaves for a couple minutes, then comes back and asks if I had a kids meal. I said no, I had ordered grilled chicken nachos with extra cheese and no pico, but they gave me nachos with no cheese. She looked at me crazy again. I opened the take out box and showed her the cheeseless nachos. "Well what do you want?" she asked. I said I'd like my nachos to have cheese. She goes back and talks to the cook for about 2 minutes and comes back with a small side order container of cold cheese. Now I had to drive BACK home. Nachos are now soggy. I can't get the sour cream or guacamole out, so they got cooked under the cheese I was given because I had to heat it up in the microwave.
They should've made a new order. I asked for a fixed order. They gave me a pile of cold shredded cheese to fix their error. Trying to communicate with the staff was extremely difficult. Having to explain multiple times that you ordered nachos with extra cheese but got nachos with no cheese and then still not understanding the issue is crazy. You need to train your staff better.

They constantly mess up orders and then agrue with you and refuse to fix it. I really wish I could find the owner of this establishment so he or she could fix their horrible lack of customer service.
My example tonight. I always order the number 13. No rice and with flour tortillas. I drove home and my order was ALL rice and no beans. So I drive back, go inside and the same employee who took my order at the drive through argues that I ordered extra rice and he did my order correct. I explain that I understand mistakes happen but I would like my beans. He continues to argue and won't fix it. I wait.. Another 15 min because at this point he took my entire order behind the counter to the kitchen. After my original order went far off to the right in the kitchen where I couldn't see it anymore.. He brought it back to me. (I'm not going to eat it, I don't trust him) No apology.. No sorry for the misunderstanding. I looked in the new bag and asked if I could have my sauces. He replied he already gave them to me with my original order. I said I gave you my original order. Ugh!!! So infuriating. Does the salsa come out of his paycheck!?!? I don't understand.
