My husband and I haven’t been to this location in months until the other day and not much has changed. The ice machine has been down for probably close to a year, the bread gets smaller and smaller, they are constantly out of veggies, and this time even out of some meats, and soda pop syrups. They did finally get the drink cooler fixed so at least there are some cold options. Although the options were pretty sparse. The worker came from the back did NOT wash her hands and revolve as she came to the line, and was very impatient, we were the only customers in the store. Had barely walked up to the counter and she was already asking “what do you want” over and over while my husband and I were clearly discussing the different options. Instead of using this time to let us know what meats they were out of she waited for us to order and then told us she couldn’t make that sub because they didn’t have the meat. One restroom was out of order, veggie part of the line was super empty and they were completely out of some veggie options. After we got our food and sat down to eat the worker went out to smoke and then was in the back within view on her phone. There was clearly stocking and cleaning that could have been being accomplished. Send someone to cash and carry for the veggies your out of. Or to another location with the same owner to borrow some of the meats your out of, this is the way we used to do things. I was a manager at Subway for many years and it’s crazy to me to see the standards that this store is operating at being so low. Meanwhile their prices continue to rise. What are we paying more for? Read moreThis location is frequently running out of ingredients and when I place an order on the mobile app, they make my sandwhich anyways without the ingredients they are missing. I would have canceled my order if id know.
Also on several occasions the peppers added to my sandwhich had obviously started to go bad and or contaminted by something else. Definitely doesnt seem fresh. I work next door to this location and was ordering almost everyday, but at this point ill Be getting lunch elsewhere.
This is an update to my review because google wont let me post a second one. This store manager needs to be fired immediately, her additude and customer service is very poor, she's never helpfull and still the ingredients are wilting and not fresh at all. I was charged on my card for an order that would go through and when I asked for assistance the manager disregarded my issue and told me to contact my bank. There's nothing she could do for me. As a fellow store manager I know there's always something that could be done to satisfy a customer. This manager couldn't careless. Please get a new manager...
Read moreOne of the worst managers I’ve ever had in my life. People’s health are at risk eating at this location. It’s not well kept and the sanitation is very poor. It wouldn’t make difference if i would clean because I was the only person who seemed to care about it. Meats at risk for reaching “danger zone “ temperatures, because they have been left out at room temperature too long. Improperly preparing foods and lots of cross contamination. Foods being left by and prepared in the hand washing sink. Not properly cleaning the slicer. Manager over prepping way too much sliced meats and then changing the date labels when it’s outdated, not just once but sometimes re-dating it twice. Being the assistant manager I knew that something needed to be done. I decided to report it to the health department and I was fired the next week. Without any write ups or good cause.
