Duff's Fine Jewelry — Attraction in Keller

I can't recommend Duff's Jewelry enough. They made an incredibly difficult situation so special and I will tell everyone who will listen about my experience. My mom told me a few months ago that she would love a Mother's ring to reflect her two daughters and her grandchildren's birthstones. Of course I intended to buy her one, but didn't realize how little time I had left with her. I got the devastating and unexpected call to come say good bye to her and felt so heartbroken that I was never able to give her the gift she had always, but secretly, wanted. I called Duff's, having had a great experience there before, with zero expectation that they could customize a ring before I had to catch a flight just a few hours later. The whole store rallied behind me. Carmen and Chris were phenomenal, responsive and incredibly supportive. Not only that, but their jeweler, Sandy, actually stayed late to ensure I had that ring to give to my mom. I picked it up just a few hours after the call and not only did they create a BEAUTIFUL ring, but I received the most genuine hugs, prayers and thoughts. I was able to give my mom the ring while she was still coherent and there wasn't a dry eye in that hospital room.

I can't begin to thank the entire Duff's team for giving me that moment with my mom. Your genuine consideration and thoughtfulness will stay with me for a lifetime! Sandy, Chris and Carmen, I will be forever grateful! You all...

Well this place was a Huge Disappointment!!! I have inherited some Gold and Diamonds and went into this establishment to see what they would give me for it. At 1st they said I had to pick out what I wanted to buy and then I would get a value on my items. I had no clue that I was car shopping but anyhow, I asked nicely for a value and I could tell right then they didn't want my business!!! $400 for the items when I had already been told at another place that they would give me $1,500 for just the gold and of course more for the diamonds. The sad part is I know that this is a Very Nice business with some really Nice merchandise to purchase but not going to give them my business when they want to LOW BALL me like they did. Not to mention that I had $5,000 cash in my pocket to go with my items to purchase an engagement ring. I usually don't leave bad reviews like this but I felt like needed to with the way I was treated!!! It was really disappointing but I laughed while walking out the door knowing that they missed my business. Best of luck to this...

I agree with the previous posters that the showroom itself is gorgeous however, beyond the esthetics, it is the service that has truly impressed me.

I'd lost a pin to a Movado, bangle bracelet watch. I'd brought it in for repair 6 days prior to an extended trip out of the country. A call to the "watch guy" was made and I was assured that not only would the "watch guy" make a pin for my watch but he's also rush it back to me before my departure.

I dropped it off on Tuesday, expected it back on Thursday but it came on Wednesday! A full day early!!! It had also be polished to a beautiful shine and the scratches had been removed from the face.

I love my watch, it has great sentimental value to me and I am grateful for the quick repair and fantastic...
