Absolutely the worst experience and food ever. To start we live in Keller and support local Keller businesses whenever possible. It takes a lot for me to post a one-star review for any business, especially one that is local. Before I posted this, I called and asked to speak to the owner to let him know what happened and try to make it right. Instead, Crystal, who said she was the General Manager said she would pass my info along to have him call me. (Note his business cards are at the hostess stand) Crystal was dismissive, borderline rude, and almost offended that I wanted to complain. This place is the absolute worst. The service from our waiter, Brian was fair at best. Our reservation stated it was for our 10 year anniversary and I would have expected some mention of that, but no, Brian lacked so many skills to be decent server for this and several other reasons. I ordered a medium plus New York and my wife ordered a filet. Mine was so grossly undercooked, it barely looked medium rare. Mistakes happen, so I asked Brian to send it back. He obliged. Meanwhile my wife went to use the women's room - it was not well stocked nor well cleaned. Brian comes back with my steak and it was like the chef (or line cook at this place) threw it back on the grill on one side for ten minutes, burning the one side and leaving the other side up on the plate. (See photos above) I then asked Brian to speak with a manager. There was another table near us that was complaining about their food as well. Once Shyla or Shayna (assistant manager) came over she was super sweet and apologetic. Mind you, at this point we'd already spent $125 on drinks and appetizers. Here I am sitting with an uneaten beautiful cut of New York steak that was CHAR BURNED on one side. So disappointing. Shyla was sincere and apologetic. She offered to remake both of our steaks, but by this time we had already been there for about 90 minutes so I declined. There were two bites of my steak eaten (see photo). She was kind enough to "take them off the bill" and apologized. She acted like she was going to get in trouble for taking these steaks that were not cooked close to our liking (and mine not being edible) off of the check! We paid the $122 for the drinks and appetizers and left. I've called and spoke to Crystal, asking that I get a call back from the owner, and have not gotten one yet. I am not unreasonable, and my expectations are not overly high - this place however, missed the mark on so many levels. I would NOT recommend going to Keller Chophouse at all! The experience and food are absolutely horrendous.

We tried this restaurant for the first time tonight. We had a few small issues but overall we had a good time. Parking was a bit of a challenge. The parking is shared with other businesses and restaurants adjacent to this place. I’d have appreciated valet parking; that is usually normal for a restaurant in this caliber. We were greeted with a friendly staff. Seated and asked if we’d like any alcoholic beverages. We don’t drink so we said no but as the meal started we were offered nothing else. We didn’t ask; we just remained satisfied with our water. We also were not told there were any specials. We could have asked but we didn’t think until after we ordered. When a waiter told a new party near us of the specials we had a little bit of regret that we didn’t know about them. Ok so little things to pick at but let’s talk food. My wife got the spinach and strawberry salad. It was great. I got the chop house salad. It was great too. I ordered the 6oz filet Oscar style with a baked potato and Brussel sprouts w/bacon. It was all delicious. My wife got the salmon with asparagus and a sauce as well as Mousseline potatoes. The fish was a bit fishy and would have been better with a bit of some kind of sauce. But I was really wishing I had the option of the Mousseline potatoes as a side with my steak. They were very good. Overall we had a good time, the service was good but could use a little polish. But everyone was friendly and helpful. The food was good and we left satisfied. It was nice not to drive far from home for a restaurant of this caliber. I’m sure we’ll be back.

Early Valentines Day dinner to beat the crowds, so stopped in for a bite. First impressions walking in, place looks amazing. Nice lighting, tables and music that’s not blaring. Get seated and order some drinks. Mailbu and coke and a Bloody Mary. Both tasted fantastic! Next came a shrimp cocktail, 5 perfectly cooked shrimp and tasty cocktail sauce. Not chewy, like overcooked shrimp can easily get. Salad and Pablano soup next, and again, both were very good. Soup was creamy, and a little spicy from the peppers, but not overly spicy. Perfect combo! Dinner was a fillet and lobster tail, and sea bass. Steak cooked the way it was asked for, and the tail was also steamed well. Good flavors along with those French mashed potatoes I can’t remember the name of. Sea bass was so tender and flaky you didn’t even need to chew it, haha. It was delicious and just melted in your mouth. Best I’ve ever had, hands down. That includes a very popular place in Massachusetts I’ve been too. Desert was equally good. Our server Dewey answered our questions about various menu items and is very knowledgeable about the selections. Great attitude and friendly. For our first visit, I was impressed, and surprised. Definitely be back to try other menu items.

My husband has been working crazy long hours, and we took our family here to have a nice dinner. Unfortunately, we did not have the best experience. They got our drink order right away, but we waited a very long time for them to take our food order. My husband and I both ordered our steaks medium- his was red and bloody and mine was well well done. My baked potato was hard and I could barely eat it- I ended up sending the potato back and got vegetables instead, and the vegetables that came were broccoli with a few pieces of squash that were mushy and overdone with very little taste or seasoning. Someone came to our table and offered to redo my steak which was nice and said they aren’t charging for the vegetables (I didn’t even eat them), but spending $200 on food that I could’ve made better myself at home was so disappointing. Also halfway through dinner there was a burning smell from the kitchen that wafted throughout the restaurant. Two tables next to us also had issues last night. This was supposed to be a special night. I’m focusing on how wonderful it was to spend time with my family so I’m not upset about the food. For this restaurant and prices, the food is supposed to be superb. I do not write reviews very often but needed to write about our...
