Zintel Creek Golf Course — Attraction in Kennewick

The course looked great from up top the parking lot when my friend and I arrived and the guy behind the desk was friendly(only pro thing about the place). The bad part was that there were too many trees on the course's and certain trees had branches that hung so low you couldn't tee off properly toward the fairway unless hitting a branch that was hanging in the path of where you wanted to hit the ball. Also there was so much cotton on certain fairways and roughs that it was hard to find your golf ball. The rough itself looked like a thick rough that wasn't even cut properly so it made it difficult to get a ball out onto the fairway or green. Also halfway through hole #5 a guy comes by on his cart(during mid swing I might add) stating we are behind so many minutes that we need to skip through 2 holes to catch up to the group in front of us and also get ahead of the group behind us. Not everyone golf's at the same pace and not everyone golf's the same way. They shouldn't of made a tee time schedule that each group tee's off every 10 minutes. To me this is where you wanna make lots of business by having over 60 poeple play golf all at once but rush them to play golf so they don't get a good experience to enjoy a round of golf. Ordinarily we come here for lunch or dinner and have a good experience. Unfortunately, the only thing to recommend breakfast is the view. This morning, my husband and I arrived around 930, and ordered within 5 minutes. He ordered the 2 egg breakfast with hashbrowns and white toast; I ordered the same plus bacon. It took 25 minutes to get our food. The toast was cold, his eggs were slightly overdone, mine were completely overdone. The waitress never came back to check on us, so I couldn't get a fresh order of correctly cooked eggs until after my bacon was gone. The hashbrowns were too greasy to eat many of. At this writing, we've been waiting at least 15 minutes for our check. Definitely a place to avoid if you want a good breakfast! Update: we finally had to go to the bartender to pay our check because our waitress never returned. Despite the fact that I couldn't eat my eggs, my request for any form of compensation or reduced charge...

Heard this place was a really great place to visit for breakfast lunch dinner all of the above. I was kind of disappointed with my food seeing that everything was over. The steak tacos were rock hard the burger was well done. I was a little shocked to see a dog jumping through the restaurant out on the deck. I expected a little more upscale. I ventured off to the back deck and I was shocked on how much work needed to be done holes in the deck covered up by tables, gutters look like they've been ripped off. I really hope this is something that they're looking to update now that the winter is over. I hope my next visit if I plan to make one is better...
