Pick and Save, Glenwood Crossings. Is the worst Pick and Save in Kenosha. I will no longer go there. Their customers Service Sucks. They try Not to Help and I have experienced this a couple of time. In many different forms. Such as running away when you need help, or Not looking for item in the back. Walk in one door and out the other side, today cashier was Not open. No light on.. But as I stood in line and watched him check out Not one but two people. When I called him out.. the customer said.. I begged him to take me... Let me tell you. That Did Not Help... When I called management. She said.. he Not really a cashier. I will contact Corporate tomorrow. I will either go back to Meijer, Pick and Save in Racine or the one on the South end of Kenosha. When I say MADD.. this is an UNDERSTATEMENT....

Staff is really friendly, the florists are very nice and their flower selection is excellent and affordable, especially being a grocery store! The flowers were for my anniversary. Also, if you goof up and buy the wrong soda/etc, they will gladly let you come back in with the receipt and switch them out :).

This place is never stocked. They run 4x fuel perks on Friday's and you can't find anything? Promotional sales areas are always empty. Went in and had no orange peppers, no red lettuce, and sesame seed hamburger buns were gone. These are sale items that you don't have stocked? 3 to 4 employees were over by the bakery area just talking. Maybe instead of having employees standing by the self checkout waiting for problems, they could be stocking? No full service aisles open before 8 o'clock to check out. This is poor poor customer service. Festival, piggly, and aldi are always better stocked. Pick maybe cheaper, but if you don't have the stock it may time to...

There's an abandoned Pizza Hut in the complex that still has its "your new pizza hut is now open" sign out front creating confusion as to whether there actually is an open restaurant. To make things worse, the restaurant opened in a former bank, and still looks like a bank with the drive ups still intact! Eyesore for sure. Second, the parking situation, especially at pick n save is ridiculous; cars just drive willy-nilly through parking spaces to get to the exit instead of following the intended driving lanes. There's always that nagging feeling that I might leave the store to find my car...
