Guy with the limp has zero people skills. Has to be the worse experience I’ve ever had as a customer. My card was slightly short, I tried my other card and he said it was “locked up”. I asked him what that means because I was genuinely confused (I had just pulled cash out from that card) and he told me “Couldn’t tell you, i don’t work at a bank”, I told him I had change in my car, he sighed deeply and with the worse attitude imaginable said “forget about it, I’ll cover the 70 cents, but it won’t happen again”, I told him I had the change in my car and he repeated “I said I GOT IT. It won’t happen again though” and then immediately dismissed me and started serving the customer in the drive through window. 100% I would have RATHER PAYED and had decent customer service than allow him to be rude and speak to me in that manner because he feels like he’s doing me a favor. Went to speak to another employee about the situation a few days later (to submit a formal complaint or speak to the owner) and they shrugged at my story and dismissed me as well . If I could give this Shenanigans zero stars, I WOULD. I would maybe understand if I was being unpleasant or rude myself, but I came in with a great attitude, friendly smile, asked how he was doing.
