Lowe's Market — Attraction in Kermit

No way will I shop here again! This place was not stocked well. I picked up a dozen eggs & when the cashier called for help with pricing. The man was slowly coming our way and kept stopping; then when he finally made it to the register, he quoted a ridiculous price without even going to the back and checking. I put my items in the truck, then went back in, to the back of the store and got the correct pricing listed on the shelf for the eggs myself. Not only are the people who work there terrible, not friendly or helpful, with exception of one who helped me in the latter part, but the store is not well kept. So disappointed. I recommend TC Grocery in Wink, way better with helpfulness and friendliness compared to Kermit's Lowes...

I went to Lowe's to restock our RV so I needed a lot of groceries and cleaning supplies. I found pretty much everything I wanted except for a seasoning called Sazon which is a Mexican seasoning. I have not found it in any store in this area. The store layout is a little bit confusing so I found myself going around the aisles several times in order to complete my shopping list. I was very surprised to find they no longer have a pharmacy at this Lowe's. I would prefer that this Lowe's use paper bags instead of the plastic bags that they currently use because they're very thin, they break easily and they don't double bag, so often some of the bags break...

Their prices are beyond absurd. Being literally the only traditional grocery store in Kermit, allows Lowe's to charge prices significantly above u/c. Comparison shopping of literally identical items with the local DG and FD routinely result in savings of 50% or more. I now avoid the store as much as possible, order from Amazon/Walmart, and stock up if I happen to be in Pecos or Odessa. I will say the staff is always pleasant and helpful when I make a rare trip...
