I’ve been getting my nails done by Kat for 4 years now and she is absolutely the only person I will go to. I’ve been to all of the popular nail salons in Winston/Kernersville for nail art and her talent is unmatched. She is able to do any design I’ve ever shown her and even freestyles or makes suggestions when I need it. She has become my therapist and my friend. The other girls are always so kind. The studio itself is beautiful, and Kat knew myself and others rushed there after work she’s even set up a little snack bar. She’s thoughtful of her customers, and strives to be the best nail artist & business owner she can be.

I’ve also been getting my lashes done by Katie, and she cares so much about her work and making sure you love what you leave with. Her facials are also unmatched for quality and relaxation! A lot of salons give you that judgy uncomfortable vibe as soon as you walk in. But Katie, Kat and all the other girls make it a little community to pamper yourself by easily...

While I loved my nails, and both technicians I saw were wonderful, the business practices here are not acceptable. One day before my scheduled appointment, I was informed by the tech that they would be out of town due to a family emergency. I thought “No problem, I’ll just cancel my appointment and book a new appointment with a different person at the studio”. A week or so later, I had realized that I had been charged my deposit for the cancelled appointment. I reached out to the studio and requested that my deposit be refunded since I would literally not be able to have the appointment because the tech was out of town. The owner took a surprisingly aggressive tone in response, seemingly blaming me for canceling despite the fact that if I had showed up to my appointment, I would be sitting in front of an empty chair because my tech was out of town. The studio manager has refused to refund my deposit and I will no longer be supporting or recommending...

Ive been coming to 211 and Kat for over a year now. My nails are so healthy, beautiful and most importantly natural. I recently got Kat’s “butterfly set” with chrome and cat eye in a beautiful light summer sunset ombré and they were complete perfection. My fav compliment was from my bosses own mother who thought they were so perfect they had to be press ons. Once I told her they were all natural backed by hand painted pure talent she just was stunned. So if you need a nail tech to achieve those nail dreams you see on the internets, 211 is your stop.
