Dollar General — Attraction in Kerrville

Me and my friend went yesterday to these store and since we get there one of the employers (women ) was in really bad mood dumping make up and other frágiles productos one bucket to other , When I get to the register I have coupons to pay for shampoo and she said I cannot use 4 Coupons on 4 shampoo, she said I can only use 1 coupon and I said please read the coupon it says I can use 4 coupons one for each product and she says no you cannot use it because you cannot take the shampoos almost for free , ( I think they need to learn the rules of coupons I know some people abuse but these time it was nothing wrong I read very good before I go to buy something. I know they have store policy but that's depend who is in the register these time she not tryed to scan the coupons to see if it work or no , So what is the point ,I try to save money for my family it's not my fault sometimes they have a cheaper things I use the similar coupons to buy diferent things in CVS, H-E-B or Walmart and I never have problems and when i said that she said than I need to go to HEB ..... and I'm not trying to buy thousands like older people they go and buy just because they have a lot of coupons I just buy a little bit at the time but this time I decided to stop at Dollar General but is the last time it was so embarrassed 😩 she wasn't nice to me When i said that I don't want the shampoos she just grab it and throw in the floor in another box and laugh and she told me have a good day! Next . Bad bad attitude...

I hate to give not so good reviews but... This store is so overpriced! Prices here are more than what you pay at Walmart. I was told that's because Ingram is a tourist town and also they are a convenience store. The employees are quite friendly and very helpful however if you buy something on sale make sure to tell them and then check your receipt because it seems it never rings up the sale price. You have to take the employee to where you saw the sign of the sale price. I signed up for online shopping so I could get in on some sales but everything advertised is always out of stock. Why have a sale if everything on sale is out of stock? However if you visit the store those items are not out of stock but they're very hard to find they're not marked and you have to look or ask and then you're still not going to get that price . I have concerns about sharing because this store is so very close to where I live and I don't drive much anymore and so this is where I can go to get my cat food which by the way, is priced at least 50 cents more than Walmart charges. No public restroom. I came in to shop for groceries, grabbed a cart, and then my young son said he needed to use the restroom. I walked to counter and asked for the key. I was told the restrooms are not for public use. I returned my cart and left, and will not be returning. A public restroom is a courtesy for the convenience of the customers. If you don't care enough about your customers to offer them the convenience of a restroom, I don't care enough to spend money there.

I'd like to add that the lines wrap around the front and will even go halfway down an aisle. Self checkout never open. One cashier at busiest time of day. This store is incredibly inconvenient. The only reason they stay open is because they're the only...
