I had made an appointment earlier in the week to come in today, Friday, to have my windows tinted. My appointment was for "9/9:30" and I was told I would be there for less than 2 hours.
After changing my entire schedule around to accommodate their quoted time slot, I was just told today that they could not get the job done in 2 hours. Now I personally know for fact that this job CAN BE DONE in that time frame as I have had this car there for the rear windows and my other 2 cars were brought here for there windows as well.
There is a small word in our language; it's called "INTEGRITY". When you make an appointment with a customer for a specified time and a time frame to accomplish this job, you really need to keep it. I changed my entire day around just to accommodate this business.
When a business has a loss of their integrity then they have a loss of all respect of their customers.
Luckily I found I a place in Middletown, AutoWorks, that was more than happy to accommodate my needs today.

   Read moreOne star is a reach! I went in to get rims for my project car. The only reason I didnât just order online is that the owner told me he could have them in a few days, and he did. I picked up the rims and put them in my truck; when I got home, I inspected the rim, and two of them had dents in them. I called, and they replaced but had to wait another three days. Altogether, I waited a week, and I could have gotten these rims for way cheaper in the same amount of time online. My issue here is that they tried to pass off rims that clearly had dents in them to see if I would notice. I know this because one of the employees asked me if the owner had spoken to me about the dents. This is called being dishonest, and I will never do business here again! The cherry on top is that nobody even apologized other than the guy who was mounting and balancing the rims, maybe he should be running the store because he is the only one who seems to care about the customer. Now what sound audio place whatâs to work or give advice on a car thatâs already been taken apart? Ralph tells a technician to go outside and check out my car. It literally looks like a bomb went off inside. I needed to find constant power. And also find my reverse wire for backup camera. Two techs come outside and begin to help me with all my issues. I go inside to pay and Ralph doesnât take money. The guys spent about ten minutes helping me. However. Without them I wouldnât have been able to fix the unit. Amazing job! Cannot thank...
