Don't believe it. I only gave it a star so I could comment. In my travels, I've been through a few libraries between Harker Heights, Temple, Belton & Killeen. This is by far the least of my liking. The wi-fi is slow, the outlets are kept in a lockbox, no study rooms, librarian aren't very attentive, reading spaces are in the middle of the library - small desk with 2 chairs, a patron was escorted out by security for napping. Read moreA very nice, big library with friendly librarians. I like to use the online catalog and put the book I want on hold. Then, when it's ready, I can go pick it up. They will deliver/pick up books between the Main Branch and the Copper Mountain Branch. They also have the option to do an inter-library loan if they don't have a book that is available at another library. There’s multiple individuals loitering with bikes, wagons and bags where it does feel unsafe if you’re a mother with a child going in.
