Oriental Kitchens & Yakimando — Restaurant in Killeen

I hate to write this review because I’ve been going to this restaurant for over 30 years. I now live about four hours away and look forward to coming here before I go back home. Unfortunately, the younger people that now work there are nothing like the original owners. The young lady that answered the phone today on June 1, 2023 I answered the phone like it was her personal number. I had to ask if this was oriental kitchen. To which she snidely remark yes. When I went to pick up my food She barely even acknowledged me. When I did try to speak she kept cutting me off and asking me what my phone number was. I stopped, reset, and tried to finish my sentence. She then rudely cut me off again and asked me my phone number. I told her she has horrible customer service and left. Just left this establishment. The young lady at the window is extremely rude! I’ve been here a few times where card payments were utilized. I asked for the same payment option ( I believe she’s the mother of the young lady) and I got nothing but silence. I asked again and the young lady rudely said no the card machine was down. I proceeded to order and went back to my car to money and quickly changed my mind (after I told them I was going leave a review). I’m not going to say it’s a racial issue but it is. I called to place a order and I asked if they accepted debit cards and I was told yes. So I went there to pick up my order and the lady there was telling me that I need to pay cash. I explained that I did not have cash on me at that moment and was told card was accepted. She started cursing at me in Korean, which come on, I understood everything. Definitely will not be returning. For the price she charges I can get cheaper wings food items elsewhere and get more for the price. Doesn't even deserve one star.
