Staples — Attraction in Killingly

I know they do Amazon returns as a favor but they didn’t do the return right and I called and they said I had to come back so I explained I lived an hour away but I would come in later that night. When I came in the same person who did the return was there again and I explained what happened he called over a woman and very ugh about what happened I re-explained it and she didn’t care at all then she was explaining how to read the receipt like I made the mistake said yes I know I can see it worked this time on my phone it was just last time they deleted the return and I had to drive an hour back to redo it and she looked at me shrugged. How about sorry for the inconvenience anything anything at all as a show of common courtesy. Poor very poor manners. I miss the days when employees actually had to have some...

I would not recommend this location for returning Amazon items. They said go to customer service desk, mgr told me to follow the dots in a terse manner…which, if that was accurate every time, I would have. However, other times I have been directed to registers and others to copy and print center. Awkward, leaving the customer service desk because you have to shimmy by the other customers in line as there is no exit for the Amazon desk. Be prepared to wait. Too much work for one staff member; manager/boss didn’t seem helpful when there was a line to check out as well as the Amazon line; the one worker was also having to do customer service which slowed things as well (so may not be best place to work if you are looking for retail). Thank you Justin for working on my computer... even though it took a few days you kept at it until you figured it out, you're the best! I also wanted to say thank you to all the other people that were working in the store the last three days they were very busy but what a great team!! I went in to Staples yesterday to see Justin to see if he could figure out what was wrong with the new photo program they put into my computer and why I couldn't get my photos to transfer from my phone to the computer, I was told that he was no longer there and they are not doing any tech support that the company had changed many things and that they were all let go, this made me very upset and I walked out, this will be the last time I ever go into...
