If I could rate this specific Taco Bell zero stars I would. I have literally went to this Taco Bell for over 5 years literally 3 -5 times per week. Everytime I go I ask for extra fire sauce, I even offered to pay for the fire sauce...because I was told I could only get 3 or 4 packets through the drive through. I called one manager at one point who apologized that was happening to me because of how much money I spent there, her name was Ana she was fantastic- she gave me alot of fire sauce and a free meal due to me being treated poorly because I asked for extra sauce. It kept happening afterwards but I let it slide. They would tell me I need to ask for a specific amount of hot sauce everytime I ordered. I decided a few years later (which was a couple months ago) to talk to the manager again because I had did as they requested and asked for 6 and they gave me 4. Seeing as though I spend all my money there, I am really fed up at this point- this manager was extremely rude and unprofessional, he was a male with a Massachusetts number... he told me "sorry I'm not giving you sauce if that's what you want, you can go to walmart and buy some and you can take your business else where" as if I'm trying to rob them of sauce. LOL no they been robbing me for years not giving me what I ask for EVEN WHEN I OFFERED TO PAY FOR IT. When I asked for extra fire sauce at the speaker I would recieve a messed up order as well because they knew it was me... there were a few workers who worked there at night who knew me very well and were so kind and gave me the sauce without the hassle who I no longer seen there. There were a specific few who ALWAYS gave me issues (when it came to the sauce request), especially the lead there. You can go to any taco Bell and go in the store and take as much sauce as you want- I have a special needs child so I need to go through the drive thru, the other Taco Bell in Danielson is so much more friendly and appreciative of my loyalty to their restaurant. They give you no hassle for some dam sauce to a paying customer! And that manager I spoke to should be ashamed of himself of how he spoke to me.. even after I explained to him the ppl are kind overall but I just dont want an issue when I ask for sauce because of how much I go there. I haven't been back there since. I was going there for over 5 years, they got so much money from me-but...
Read moreThe man workingThe drive through speaker and window was very friendly.Even though the man at the window made it very evident that he did not want to be working. i received my food left and then had to drive all the way back.Because I had two orders of cinnamon twists missing from my bag. when I got back to the window, I told the man I had missing items and he gave me my two orders. And then stated" i put an extra one the inconvenience" and he only handed me two orders, the issue wasn't the extra food. The issue was he very clearly didn't read my order in the first place, and it was clear he did not check the order before handing it out.
Once I was finally home with my order. And we finally unwrapped everything.I found that one of my tacos was missing the sour cream.I had added and the cantina sauce, that was supposed to come on originally.
If part of my order was missing and I had to come back and that was the only mistake or if I had gotten my full order the first time and one of my burritos was messed up I wouldn't be complaining but the simple fact that I had to return back for the rest of my order and my order was incorrect So by the time I even went to eat it, it was already cold.I think it's a little ridiculous. this place is always a hit or miss and I wish they would be more...
Read moreSo I wanted to grab something quick while I was filling up my tank. This location is at a Mobile gas station. I went in and saw two people at the kiosk ordering. I waited for a minute or two, but nobody else was in the store and I saw an employee behind the counter. I asked for two burrito supremes and she said "Oh, you're trying to order? Yeah we're trying to get everyone to use the kiosk." I looked over and saw there was a second kiosk, that was out of order. " Ok, no problem. I'm all set." She wasn't rude, and it's nothing personal, but if this is the way fast food is headed, where you can't use cash at all, and even if there is staff, you can't order. I'll be in better shape because I'll stop going all together. Some people have a hard time with those kiosks, and I'm not waiting while they figure it out. I wanted "fast food". Trying to get people to use the kiosk or not. Management should probably do a better job with this. What about the elderly folks? Not Taco Bells target...
