Pizza Hut Express — Restaurant in Killingly

Never open it have what I want anymore. They have changed and continue to change. And it's not for the better. That's for sure. They are no longer bringing in as many customers. Infact me personally after several attempts of getting it. And never open no matter the time of day I've gone. I give up on the store. For me and I'm sure a lot with kids. This makes the shipping much easier and more enjoyable. People are done being cattled for fails promises. And realize the name itself was bringing you customers while you kept them closed. Does anyone but me feel like this was a form of lying to you to get you in the door that hope once your inside you will shop anyways and there plan to get you in worked. And for free?... Lol. It's crazy how much they made last year alone. Don't listen to fb look it up for yourself. No better then Walmart at this point. People used to compete to be better. Now they compete at who can get away with the most before people catch on. And even after you do. You forget it forgive them if they lower their prices a little. But guess what. They will go back up and more then now. I warned so many of Walmart many years ago. Now look. Mainly your choices are what? Big chains like Walmart and Target whom don't care about their customers at all. Will even kill you if with their products to earn a quick buck. The pizza and breadsticks are good, on average, as expected. The issue here is this location is TERRIBLE at managing their inventory. They are constantly running out of pizza and breadsticks for multiple days (3 or 4 at a time). Staffing of the location isn't always done well either, as they can be shut down at weird hours...

The food is great there. Always fresh, but that's IF you can catch them when they're open. Business hours are very inconsistent. As a mom of three who drives a distance to treat my kids to a spot they love, it's never fun telling the kids "sorry they're closed." I'd give 5 stars if they had consistent...
