Kingsport Civic Auditorium — Attraction in Kingsport

Went to vote. Pre-Voting for Primary. Small line. New voting method. Paper ballot printed on site based on your voting precinct. Large blocks to fill in for your candidates. Ballots are scanned on the spot after YOU place it in the scanner. Everyone involved with the voting area were friendly and knowledgeable about the new process. I personally had no problems with the old selection wheel, but others did.

Biggest complaint is that they are too many people standing around outside in the parking lot for their candidates. Makes it too hard to find a parking space to vote and then run the gauntlet to get inside to vote. Know many people that are put off by this and have been for years. Nothing new, but the City/County turns a deaf ear to...

If you're a wrestling fan in the northeast Tennessee area, this building is the stuff of legend. This venue has been housing professional wrestling in its various forms for many decades, and generations of local residents and visitors have come here to see great action. Here's to another half-century of bumps and kicks, flips and arm bars, with hot crowds screaming for more!
